Also note that it's all 1 ability. It doesn't have the sacrifice clause unless it is copying something.

It's worth about 10$ for the set, none of these cards are interesting so you won't really get more than that.

Yes that's what happened. What seemed weird is that usually Sheets suggests the "I'll flip ya for it" but here it seems like it was Matt's idea.

Apparently the Sheets came across a M:TG collection in a locker in tonight's finale episode and sold it for a fraction of its value. I have not seen it but it will re-air at 2AM (NYC time), that's exactly two hours from now.

Did anyone catch the first airing?

Update I have still not seen the show but it seems what was sold was an unlimited Black Lotus in poor shape, CE/IE Mox Pearl + Timetwister, and a whole lot of bulk crap, for 700$. Sounds like a very fair offer to me actually. Either way I'll see the show and update again in 45 minutes.

Update #2 I just watched the show. That lotus was mangled. Some visible wear/whitening and what looks to be a big crease int he bottom left corner. Two other P9's def from CE/IE. Didn't see anything else of note, it was a box of bulk commons, and then a binder, the contents of which aren't really seen or discussed, and then the 3 other cards in toploaders, which were just sitting inside the binder.

There's no specific rule, as long as everything is clear and you aren't arranging it in a way where your sole purpose is to confuse your opponent there shouldn't be any problem

Yes it would. A planeswalker entering the battlefield with counters on it has nothing to do with state based action. Doubling Season will double the amount of counters it comes with, but it will not affect the use of loyalty abilities (these are costs not effects).

Putting a planeswalker in your graveyard due to the "planeswalker uniqueness rule" or for having zero loyalty counters... now those are state based actions.

3 Wastelands seems fair to me. 4 you are getting ripped off. That's all I can tell you, it's your decision in the end.

A token will always be a token. This property is not something that can be copied.
