I have been without an extended deck for what seems like forever now and I saw Cauldron of Souls and thought what if creatures came into play with +1/+1 counters on them like..... modular? so here's what I came up with
I have no idea what to put in the sideboard and I'm iffy on the mana base but 5 arcbounds time sieve and a cauldron is an infinite combo (of turns and power and toughness). Thoughts improvements. Thanks in advance.
I play a deck with a similar princable (http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=175679) I have also run into the stillmoon problem a lot so I boarded a bolt and pyroclasms. I also main deck Bituminous Blast but I have 8 cards that produce black. hmm try bolts or clasms if its not too red heavy you can fallout.
do you have any mana accel if so 23 is too many @ 1 card X4 ea mana accel it should be 21-22 at @ 2 cards X4 ea mana accel should be 20. You might want to go -1 swamp +1 forest if you can't pull out your leeches readily by turn four (if in hand) during testing. The Twilight mires might be a good idea. in place of the savages possibly.

Turn two he pumps and I path it (he has no basic land lol) and drop a second birds
Turn three he drops Spectral and me a fertile
Turn four mirror entity he casts a silenceI drop a Mycoid(there goes that idea)
Turn five he cloudgoats (crap he has 8 5/5's possible 6/6's next turn) I drop a Uril Turn six its over.

Game two duh I board in my pyroclasm in place for my paths. We both come out fast on turn five I have an uril w/shields, a mycoid , and a thoctar. He has 2 1/1 flyers 6 1/1 kithkin a cloudgoat and a mirror and a dead figgy (thank you naya charm). I have naya charm in my hand he declares attack I naya charm and I rip a pyroclasm owned.

Round 2 Vs Stillmoon/Baneslayer
I had no answer for his match up my only removal was white my only flyers were white I couldn't deal with his stillmoons. I boarded clasms in game two but never saw them manage to squeak a win my tapping down his stuff and swinging for 24. In game three I did but he got a baneslayer out I didn't see a shields that whole game I got mana flood bad. As a side note this guys entire mana base was foily I swear if I was epileptic I would've had a seizure.

Round 3 Vs esper cancel/flash
It went like this I play he cancels I play he cancels so on. His main colors were esper but he vivids so he could play all colours. I drop a spellbreaker (thank god) he drops a wall of reverence. I drop my uril. Next turn I have 7 mana I drop a garruk (hoping to tap him out) he cryptics to bounce my spellbreaker and cancel my garruk. Thinking its safe I over soul my uril cancel (gods sake).

Next turn He drops broodmate dragon.I cant block the flying I die three turns later. Game two Mana flood.

I did some casual play out side kept getting mana floods I dropped. another note my round 2 and 3 match ups went to top eight. Most of the time I was sitting there with another uril stupidly I forgot he is a legend. After doing some care full research and testing against some proxies net decks (tier 1) and found It did really good. My new deck
I fixed the main problem mana flood I took out 3 lands taking me down to twenty lands. This also brings out more of well everything the only thing bituminous can't cascade into is uril and another one of itself. This also give me an answer to pro white. Lightning bolt will go in for paths when im up against 3 or less toughness. Any opinions to make it better?
Yep totally. I play with usually 4 other people most of whom play modded preconstructed decks. There is one guy who spends money on cards but never buys individual cards and as such there decks all suck. Most people I play with also have multiple decks so after one day when I owned them all again and they were totally pissed of at my deck I said tomorrow bring two and I'll play one of yours. So he did bring two I played the lesser and still won after that they realized its not the deck its the player (to an extent) and from then on were more respectful to me and wanted to learn better plays rather than hate better decks. Try it, it might just work.
I made a W/U Soldier/control deck that was just broken. I managed to get 3 Pike masters
(IDK how) and two gorgon flails I as well picked up a sleep a pacifism a mind control 2 ice cages 5 Veterain smithies and two palace gaurds. It was sick. I peaked at a 3/9 Block as many first strike death touch dude It was funny cause I was playing a red/green who's only removal was burn. Anyway I went 3-1-0 I lost bad to a B/G removal ramp deck. My hidden jewel would be Levitation I saw three of them pass by (8th pick) and man that would have really sped up my games when it was stale mate 70% of the time.
So if I have two changelings out and I play coat of arms they're both as strong as how many creature types there are in the history of magic times two? Furthermore if I have two human soldiers out and play coat of arms they both only get +2/+2 or since they share two subtypes get +4/+4. Much appreciated and many thanks in advance.
Damn thats nice hitting a progenitus with an impromtu raid thats just mean. Turn five surpise swinging with a progenitus. There is another here you need to take out Llanowar for something as simple as a molimo or something else big and green (surely not that hard) hell even a mossdregger will improve this. You need mid game you open fast and you end big now what happens when someone gets rafiq out qnd has a trample creature out turn four or five (even three!). Get some mid game in there a mycoid would be great even. Point being get another guy in there at bout half of progenitus to make sure you can do something if your progenitusus are near the bottom or something else.

Assuming I don't get mana screwed and can play a thoctar or something. Birds garuntee I can play something and in late game they are a good flyer chump blocker. On top of that thoctar is my only cheap tri colored permanent but bloomtender does present a cheaper alternative to birds and it can produce three mana for one tap would two tenders and two birds work?

T2 Fertile Birds
T3 Fertile Garruk any converted four or less biggy (preferably spellbreakler)
T4 Uril+Shield of oversoul and an optional thoctar (pendant on play or draw)
So on begining of turn five I have a 9/9 indestructable flying shroud from enimies, 5/5, and a 5/3 that makes my stuff uncounterable. Thats 19 swing damage turn five 20-23 with another oversoul @.@ LOL!
Any thoughts, improvements?
Say someone has a Telepathy out and then an opponent tries to splice an arcane spell. Could they because technically the card they are trying to reveal is already revealed or for that matter could reveal a creature type from your hand be even paid?
Eg:
I go first and drop a Telepathy
Opponent goes and drops a Rustic Clachan and reveals a kithkin card from his already revealed hand does it come into play tapped?
