gee.. the idea of wizards wasting a rare slot in this doesnt surprises me.. i've grown used to the idea that what WotC excels in.. is this.. making crappy choices.. they should've made it uncommon.. so it wont pop everywhere as a common but now wasting a rare slot.. dumb dumb wizards.. and even worst maro being proud of annoucing it as one of the first info given to us of SoK...

for me.. ayumi and sekki are the missing kodamas.. just with different names.. at least i want to think that somewhere during the development they were...

then i realized the truth.. what really matters to us.. is what makes us happy.. and that's the leaked info.. so i started being grateful and soon after that my concerns of where the info came from stopped
and that same thing is what makes this the most lurker filled forums AFAIK

some cards are really good.. i really like the kirins.. others are just "meh" but i think that overall there're some good things comming in saviors.. perhaps not all of us will like some of them.. but maybe someone will use those...

i think that the essence cycle is going to be my favorite from this set... at least right now

i was just pointing out that arashi targets flyers and can't fly.. and being red the color of the fat flyers... originally i thought that arashi would've been a flyer..

by ravager i meant cards that go beyond the "if it's way too good.. let's remove it" check that wizards seems to make with every single card.. let's face it.. you even hear from wotc staff comments like "but the original version had..." with some cards that in the end were totally useless... so i'm glad they do so every now and then.. avatar of serra.. and others.. obviously they'll become overpriced.. proof that good unedited things by R&D are expensive not exactly due their abilities.. but because of the fact that they happen seldomly..

and if you still need an example.. look at mogg fanatic.. and frostling.. the fanatic isn't exactly a 20 dollar bill.. won't say anything else..
