You can look at Clone’s card specific Q&A, but rule 706.2 defines what copiable values are. For the most part, it’s what’s printed on the card. The italicized text for Suspend is reminder text, and so doesn’t matter for the purposes of Clone. Clone was not himself suspended, and so doesn’t have haste, and would not have haste from an opponent’s Angered creature.
To elaborate on the devotion part, a card like Goblin Chainwhirler has 3 red mana symbols in his mana cost. If he is the only creature you control, then your devotion to red equals 3. If you have him out along with a Goblin Trailblazer, because the Trailblazer has a cost of 1R, you would have a devotion to red of 4. So if your devotion to black and white is less than 7, in other words if there are fewer than 7 black or white mana symbols in the mana costs of permanents you control, Athreos isn’t a creature, so he can’t attack or block, but his abilities still trigger and can be activated. Keep in mind that your black and white mana symbols together need to total 7 or more to have him be a creature, not 7 black AND 7 white. He’s a fairly complex card, and I would encourage you to find someone in real life who can teach you the nuanced interactions his rules text creates.
I do think it’s relevant to point out that they can remove both counters in response to whatever would be dealing the 1 damage. This wouldn’t work if it was combat damage and the player with the Ballista let his 2 combat damage go through, but in the case of something like Rain of Embers, the player with the Ballista can remove both counters before the damage resolves.
So I haven't completely finished it yet, but I'm uploading what I have so far. I haven't added the leveler overlays, devoid overlays, or miracle overlays, but here's a small sample of what this template is capable of:
I’m working on an updated post M15 template, including background overlays for Theros enchantments and devoid/expeditions, frame overlays for Miracles and Dominaria legends, and text box overlays for levelers. It will be awhile as I’m starting mostly from scratch using hi res images for accuracy. Believe it or not, there are already hi res images for Dominaria legends.
Bonus: I’m also planning on working on the Signature Spellbook frames and adding them in as they come along. I’m excited to see what Wizards does for Chandra, Liliana, and hopefully Ajani.
You couldn't be more correct. Exactly how so many of us feel. Those who don't simply weren't around then. Just compare these to what is getting put out now
As an artist, all I see in those images is a lack of skill. There’s bad proportions, no use of color theory, terrible composition. Just compare that Icy Manipulator to the art by Mark Zug. It’s virtually the same image, but with much better color theory. If you prefer the old, incompetent art aesthetic, more power to you. The art has immensely improved, though.
Oh, and I’ve been around since all of those cards came out. It’s not an age thing.
Is there a new place to post PSD links? Also, are there any PSDs anyone’s looking for? I’m working on an updated post M15 version of everything right now, and I might even do Planeshifted and Retro style frames in the M15 style.
I'm not sure if people are still interested in this, but it's just about finished. Take a peek
I've been on a break from Magic for a couple years, and away from these forums for quite some time. After 5 years though, I should hope my Photoshopping skills have gotten infinitely better.

Because that "crown" is to make legends recognizable at a glance. Planeswalkers already have a completely unique frame.

Are you still working on this project? I have experience both making my own card templates and duplicating official Magic templates.
