Technically, Yawgmoth wasn't a Planeswalker... he was just a normal joe who attained godliness while in the central sphere of Phyrexia.
Also, Midnight Bargain's flavor text is a tad wordy... might I suggest making the attributation just be to a Ravnican Citizen's final words, or something of the like

Search your library for a card, reveal it and put it in your hand. That card gains "As an additional cost to play this card, you may pay 5 life. If you do, it gains Flash." Shuffle your library. Only those who have truely seen hell can comprehend the expression.

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +3/+0.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Firemail Armor deals 3 damage to enchanted creature.
The only problem with this is that the rules state that the list of Tribal subtypes is the same as the list of creature subtypes, and Planeswalkers aren't creatures, so therefore you can't have a Tribal card with a Planeswalker subtype.
What kind of setting for magic do you think would be really cool that hasn't been used yet? I'd like to see a Western themed block. However, upon looking at a couple of the arts for this weeks FCC, I think a Mayan/Aztec/etc. themed block would also be cool...
So, not to long ago I posted a card in the custom card ruling forum from a "set" I was working on where, basically, all Magic-type time existed at the same time, I.E. people from the past, present and future all could live together in the same village. And I thought I'd post two of my future based cards with an ability word I call E-summon... let me know what you think... also, the costs are just preliminary and not tied down to what they are.
Digitized Dead 2B
Artifact Creature - Skeleton E-Summon-- As an additional cost to play Digitized Dead, you may discard an artifact card. If you do, it gets +1/+1 and has "1B: Regenerate Digitized Dead."

Holographic Soldier 2W
Artifact Creature - Illusion Soldier
First Strike E-Summon-- As an additional cost to play Holographic Soldier, you may discard an artifact card. If you do, it has vigilance.

What do you think? I know it's just a variation of Kicker, but as, I think, MaRo said, any mechanic can be reworked as Kicker.
Any design space you can think of? I originally had this as a keyword that caused the creature to be e-summoned, as in "...this is e-summoned... if ~ was e-summoned, then..." which I thought might allow other cards to interact with e-summoning, but now I'm a little hesitant...
At least three if not more of my non-magic ones made it on the list: Magic (as in real world, David Copperfield magicians), Urban legends, 80s Movies... maybe Interesting tales from world travels, I'm not sure
Aries should be a goat (the Ram)
I like Taurus as a Minotaur (the Bull)... neat!
I'm a litte weary of both Pisces and Aquarius as Merfolk (the Fishes and the Water-carrier respectively)... I'd say make Pisces a Fish, but it's still cool as a Merfolk.

Quickdraw Spellslinger 4R
Creature - Human Wizard Cowboy
Flash, haste.
RR, T, Discard a red card: Quickdraw Spellslinger deals damage equal to the discarded cards converted mana cost.

Cards owned by Player B cannot be put in Player A's library. There's even a rule to make sure it can't happen, if ever an effect could try:
217.1a If an object would go to any library, graveyard, or hand other than its owner's, it goes to the corresponding zone of its owner's instead. If an instant or sorcery card would come into play, it remains in its previous zone instead.
No, you misunderstand. A searches A's library, then B searches A's library, then the cards go either on top or on the bottom of A's library... I just wanted the scenario where you could get a good card you chose, a land you don't need an opponent chose, or the Mobius Tome again.
