Or, it could be that the missing 5 cards are the planeswalkers? It makes since, since they hid the numbers for the timespiral timeshifts, because they "didn't exist".

Marching band has eaten my life these past couple of weeks. I wont be done with it until right before school either. Its fun, but man, its exhausting and takes up a ton of time.

Ive been running 18 mountains and 3 Megaliths. I am thinking about testing zoetic cavern against cop and as a fake out for gathan raiders. It also makes drawing lands after you're in topdeck mode less painful.

Why run 8 Accelerants? Often times I find the rites are just dead cards in my hand because I either have already run out of cards, or dont need to get cards in play. Every time I had them, I wished they were more burn. How are they working out for you guys?

Im thinking of replacing Rite of Flame with Dead//Gone. How does that sound? It's a shock with an unsummon on it's back. Also, is Browbeat worth inclusion?

Wow, I really sincerely hope that this is justa joke, or that people who believe in this take it very lightly. My favorite part was when they say that and Ice wall surrounds the outer edge of the earth, but then renig to say that the "ice wall" is actually a mountain range with lots of ice and snow on top of it. Very funny and interesting, kind of like the "christian scientists" who try to disprove evolution.

The thing is, the people on MTGO playing MGA don't play haste.

I used to play it, then I realized that my playing style was more aimed at a midranged deck, so i switched to a hybrid
that likes to win around turn 7-8.

Hunter, thats awesome that the kid had your decklist. I would tell him.

It seems as though many people who play the midrange MGA dont use Evolution Charm. I dont see why that is. When I made my switch from MGH to MGA/H, I kept the charms and absolutely love them. Not only can they provide your spectral or GBreaker the evasion needed for those last few points, but they can help out mana screw and make any destroyed creature a threat again.

I find myself hoping that my creatures are killed so that I can bring back my timbermare, or G breaker, or force. There is no reason not to play evolution charm in every single aggressive mono green deck as a 4-of. There are just no excuses, so get out there and buy some!

On a more related note, the storyteller is good...in the right deck. I havent tested it yet, but I sure will when I can get my hands on some. Keep up the good work all of those testing and changing out there.

There's nothing that beats dragonstorm other than racing it.

Agreed. I was playing this one game where the only reason I won was because he only went off with a storm count of two, and of course, 3 Hellkites took me to 5. Next turn, I got a timbermare w/MoOK for the last 9 damage to win.

Game two the only way I could figure out how to beat him was to krosan grip his lotus blooms, and I was still too slow.

What do you all think about Martyr of Spores? It can help push those last few points in, or in the early game, can get even more in, especially if used with MoOK. Just something to think about, I will try to test it some today.

Nevermind. Dont pay any attention to this post. Martyr is just a bad MoOk and steals tempo. DO NOT PLAY IT!

For the short time that I have been playing MGH, I have only seen my 1 pendelhaven twice. Out of about 20-30 games. Even when I get it out I either have no 1/1's or am about to win, or need the mana. Besides, is +1/+2 that great? YOu should have won by the time you dont need it for playing creatures.

The warhammer is pretty useful for me. I am playing haste but still have 1 in the main because I am having trouble getting the final cards for the deck. When it comes out though, it is a superstar. Especially if, for some reason, the game goes into the mid-late range. On a timbermare or Gbreaker it is just phenomenal.

I just recently built the MGH version on mtgo and it has been working pretty well. I was just wondering what to have in a S.B. for an unknown meta where everything is possible to come up? I have some Krosans and a Leyline already.

Ahh, it does help to read the links. Thats cool, I would have done it, but it was today. Maybe I will remeber next year. It sounds like a really good idea if people actually do it and are serious about it.
