The only issue I've had with Puca is Postage Due. It seems that everyone thinks you can slap a stamp on a PWE and ship anywhere in the US. It is simply not true. Postage is actually $.71 if the envelope is over 2 ounces, or if it is marked Do Not Bend or Non-Machineable, or if the envelope contains something that makes it inflexible (like a hard plastic toploader). Puca's Shipping FAQ is wrong, and most people don't care to actually read the guidelines put out by USPS. I've had many exchanges with people over this. With two exceptions, my last 32 trades have all arrived Postage Due.

I forgot about this and really wish that they would update their shipping FAQ.
I've had resounding success so far using PucaTrade. I can't see why anyone serious about trading wouldn't use the site. So far I've received multiple Tarmogoyf, Dark Confidant, and Noble Hierarch. Just today, someone actually confirmed to send me a Bayou as well, which I never thought would happen. As long as your honest about condition and practice good communication with your fellow traders you shouldn't have many issues.
Just received this MM15 Dark Confidant in the mail today. I bought it off of ebay. I haven't seen too many MM15 cards yet but this one looks a little bit blurry and the holographic stamp does not fit quite right into the bottom of the card frame. In addition, the card has a pretty glossy finish but from what I understand, this is not uncommon with MM15 cards. What do you guys think?
I think that trade is good for you. Going off raw TCGMid values, you came out ~$50 ahead on the trade, and I don't necessarily expect Bob or Goyf to drop tioo much more, at least long-term. A lot of the value of the items you traded away are propped up by having not been included in MM2015, and I feel they would drop if reprinted (although I can't see them reprinting Mystic, Top or Jitte any time soon due to being banned in Modern).
Ah shoot I forgot to include a Snapcaster Mage on my end as well. The $ value is much more equal now but I still think it's a good trade for the reasons that you stated.
Can anyone confirm this? I was looking into stores to buy singles from and became engrossed in the horror stories of White Lion Games. I'm not sure if Crimson Hobbies is White Lion Games' new moniker, but I am curious if anyone has had transactions with Crimson Hobbies and would like to share their experiences.
EDIT: I am almost %100 sure now that they are the same store. Their places of business are both North Richland Hills, Texas and both have identical buylist disclaimers:
We reserve the right to buy or sell items at prices that make sense to us, if there is a price error or a sales overage in our selling to you or buying from you we will contact you and offer you one of two solutions: A. Refund in full and cancellation of your order, or B. A possible discount or alternate solution ( Please understand we will always attempt to make our customers happy in any case we can within reason, however 3rd party sites that do not offer real-time inventory we are not liable for.) We limit each purchase to 4 per customer so many customers may have an opportunity to purchase cards. We will also try to provide the reason or type of error that occurred if one does occur. If you require B2B transactions please contact us directly as our primary focus is B2C, orders placed for the purposes of profiting due to our direct loss will be cancelled.
If you have't read the White Lion Games thread I would advise that you do. I would also advise to stay well away from Crimson Hobbies.
After looking into White Lion Games, I have concluded that they no longer operate under that name. From my initial findings, it looks as though they now operate under the name "Crimson Hobbies." If this is true I'd advise everyone here to be wary of dealing with them. There is no chance that I ever would.
What's everyone's opinion on Goblin Guide? It was curiously omitted from MM 2015, which makes me wonder if a larger scale reprint is imminent. I'm tempted to dump them now but am unsure of their price ceiling. Thoughts?
Just LOL...ship the card.
I almost can't tell if you're trolling.
