Creature - Beast (Uncommon)
When Muraganda Stalker enters the battlefield, it fights target creature you don't control.
3/3
Artifact (Rare)
Flash
Artifacts you control have hexproof.
Artifact creatures you control can't be blocked.
Next: 3(G/P)(G/P)(G/P)
Legendary Creature - Minotaur Warrior (Rare)
First strike, haste
At the beginning of each player's end step, that player discard his or her hand, then draw cards equal to the total life lost this turn by each player.
"Pain is a great teacher. I'm simply one of his lessons".

Scheme
When you set this scheme in motion, until end of turn, spells you control can't be countered by spells of abilities you don't control.
This card doesn't look like it would do much in most situations since only blue deck will run counters. This card isn't open-ended, doesn't feel special and most of time don't do much.
Ongoing Scheme
(An ongoing scheme remains face up until it's abandoned.)
1: Abandon this scheme and set a new scheme into motion.
This card looks like a fun, if very random card. Will breed some good stories for sure.
Scheme
When you set this scheme in motion, choose an opponent. You control that player during his or her next turn. That player and permanents that player controls gain shroud during that turn.
Now THIS is what I call Archenemy! This card feeling like a pain, is flavorful, very grief-iy, very powerful and scary. This is a homerun.
Cruel Interment 1BB
Sorcery (U)
Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put it into his or her graveyard. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
"So they put guards at the cemetery? No matter. Bodies are easy to get."
This card, while certenly is powerful and cool with the scheme you chose, isn't very powerful or interesting. The effect isn't new or innoventive, and I think this card could have been cost B and still be ok.
My Power is Overwhelming
Ongoing Scheme
Each creature you control gets +1/+1 for each other creature you control.
When you control one or less creatures, abandon this scheme.
When this card is flipped over - your enemies will be in trouble. This card feels very powerful and jaw-dropping. I like what it does to the board and how it could potentialy turn the tides of the battle.
A Display of My Dark Power
Harvest of Souls 2BB
Enchantment (R)
Sacrifice a creature: Untap a number of lands equal to that creature's power.
During the harvest a great solemness spreads across the land as the weak are culled to bring forth another golden age of darkness.
I think this card should have a green in it's mana cost becouse black doesn't usually gets mana ramp. Still, I like it becouse it give black some more cool building option and powerful combos.
First Place - RaikouRider
Second Place - IcariiFA
Third Place - NVRBLND
Many of them grant abilities, power and/or toughness.
Also, the mana cost is low and efficient with the power and toughness ratio of those cards.
Elshia, Asura of Abundance 3GWU
Legandery Creature - Angel (Mythic)
Flying, lifelink
At the begining of each player's upkeep, that player reveal cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a nonland card. That player cast the nonland card revealed this way without paying it's mana cost, then put all land cards revealed this way into the battlefield.
4/8
Just for fun (NOT FOR JUDGING!)
Nature Shields Its Own
Asha, Asura of Honor 3WUG
Legandery Creature - Angel (Mythic)
Flying, vigilance, exalted.
No more than one creature can attack each combat, and it must be blocked if able.
No more than one creature can block each combat.
Other creatures have exalted.

I Know All, I See All
Chronosphere of Ethernity 6
Legandery Artifact (Mythic)
Imprint - If a card would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
X, t: You may play a card exiled with Chronosphere of Ethernity with converted mana cost X without paying it's mana cost.
The Chronosphere was built by Venser to telaport the remenants of Mirrodin with hope that one day Mirrodin would be reborn again on another realm.

Creature - Human Knight (R)
Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Players with the most life or tied for the most life cannot gain life.
2/2
This card looks playable. As a knight, I would expect him to have first strike. But none the less, this card is flavorful, clean, and fun even if this card is not that innovative or exciting.
Creature - Human Soldier (R)
Vigilance, dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, the player with the least life among players gains control of Vanguard of the Weak.
3/4
This card is so flavorful, fun, exciting take on dethrone, and very appealing to the casual side in me. I have only one bad thing to say about this card: it is too similar to Loxodon Peacekeeper.
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, it's controller gains 1 life.
At the beginning of your upkeep, draw X cards and you lose X life, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Trecherous Alchemist.
His services are always in high demand. He makes sure of that by selling to both sides of every war.
3/3
I think we have a homerun here. I just really love the tension between the all the three abilities of this card, and the fact that this card is very "build around me" style. If it were to exist, I would have been really happy to include him in any black commander I have, especially Ghave, Guru of Spores.
Conspiracy (Rare)
(Start the game with this conspiracy face up in the command zone.)
At the beginning of each end step, if a creature you don't control with power 5 or more died this turn, put two 2/2 white Human Soldier creature tokens with dethrone onto the battlefield.
"When their leader falls, we strike." -Motto of House Medria
I think this card is pretty flavorful, but I just don't feel it is very playable because it is too conditional and even if this condition is met, you don't get reworded enough.
Embodiment of Knowledge 4UUU
Creature - Avatar (M)
Embodiment of Knowledge's power and toughness are each equal to the total number of cards in player's hands.
Parley — When Embodiment of Knowledge enters the battlefield, each player reveals the top card of his or her library. For each nonland card revealed this way, draw a card. Then each player draws a card.
*/*
This creature is the Timmy dream - A fatty that gives you more fat. Looks like a fun creature, but not exciting or something new.
Scientific ConsensusUU
Instant (R)
Will of the Council - Choose a creature, then starting with you, each player votes for replicate or mutate. If replicate gets the most votes put a token copy of target creature onto the battlefield under your control. If mutate gets the most votes or the vote is tied, exile the chosen creature and it's controller puts a 2/2 blue frog mutant creature onto the battlefield.
"When you slice into a creature's genes you never know what you're going to get."
This just looks like a fancy removal to me. I don't know why the opponents of the caster would ever choose to give him a copy of the creature, and in 1vs1 games this card is just a better Phantasmal Image.
First Place - Jimmy Groove
Second Place - Ninja Caterpie

Sorcery (Rare)
Will of the Conciel - Each player may search his or her library for a card and exiles it face down. Then each player who searched his or her library this way shuffles it. Starting with you, each player vote for a player other than himself or herself. The player who get the most votes or tied for the most votes flip the card he or she exiled with Blind Trust, then cast it without paying it's mana cost.
Legandery Creature - Elf Wizard (Mythic)

Enchantment (MR)
Creatures you control cost 2 less to cast. Creatures your opponent control cost 2 more to cast.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, you lose the game.
This card looks very clean to me. The first ability feels green, the second ability doesn't feels green at all (probably white or blue). This card is very risky, very rewording (if a little bit of a horrible topdeck) Overall - simple, yet unique designed card.
Menagerie Collector 5GU
Creature — Human Wizard (M)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you may pay 2GU. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control twenty or more creatures with different names, you win the game.
2/5
All parts of this card seems like a miss to me: The card is too costly, the win condition seems too hard to get, and this creature's body is too small. Sorry, I can't buy it.
Feral Pactmaker 2G
Creature - Elf Druid (R)
T: Cast a creature from your hand without paying its mana cost. At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay that creature’s mana cost. If you don’t, you lose the game.
2/2
I don't know why I should ever use this and not just play Elvish Piper. Maybe if this creature would give the cast creature haste, it would be playable...
Cast into Death 1BBB
Enchantment (MR)
Whenever a creature you control dies, return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control no creatures, you lose the game.
This card makes my brain explode with endless possibilities! It may be broken with some creatures (Evoke comes into my mind), but as I see it, this card is a gate for fantastic combos and casual decks, and the "lose" part really balance this card.
Hurn, Immovable Tactician GWUB
Legendary Creature- Elephant Soldier (Rare)
Defender
At the beginning of each player's upkeep and end step, put a planning counter on Hurn, Immovable Tactician. Then, if Hurn has fifteen or more planning counters on it, you win the game.
6/7
This cards doesn't feel four-colored at all. Also, the win condition seems pretty boring (Darksteel Reactor and Azor's Elocutors did it before) and easy to remove.
Spire of Harmonies 6
Legendary Artifact (M)
Spells you cast cost 1 less for each permanent you control that shares a card type with it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control at least five permanents of each of four different card types, you win the game.
"And the world itself will raise its many voices as one: a grand symphony to echo through the ages" -Prophecy of the Eversong
The first ability remind me of Affinity - very scary ability.
This cost six mana to give all permanent cards "Affinity" - even without the win condition, this card looks pretty broken to me (In elves deck for example). Still, I like this card because it is really open-ended card that can fit many strategies in an interesting way.

Edit: My card:
The Father of All 12
Creature - Eldrazi (Rare)
Annihilator X, where X is the number of Eldrazi permanents you control.
At the begining of your upkeep, choose one:
• You may cast an Eldrazi card from your hand without paying it's mana cost. If you do, prevent all damage that would be dealt to Eldrazi creatures your control until the begining of your next turn.
• After the first postcombat main phase this turn, there's an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase. At the beginning of that combat, untap all Eldrazi creatures that attacked this turn.
7/12
Legandery Creature - Humen Rogue (Mythic)
t: Draw two cards, then put one card from your hand on either the top or the bottom of your library.
t: Reveal your hand. If you have exactly five cards in your hand and if each of them has different mana cost from each other and if each of them cost between one and five mana, you win the game.

Geralf's Assistant U
Creature - Homunculus (Rare)
Vanishing 2 (This permanent enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
t: Tap or untap target artifact, creature or land.
t: Draw a card, then discard a card.
It does its job, until its job finishes it.
0/1
Gideon's Fireblazer R
Creature - Human Wizard (Rare)
Gideon's Fireblazer attack each turn if able.
Battalion — Whenever Gideon's Fireblazer attacks, discard a card, then draw a card. If at least two other creatures attacks with Gideon's Fireblazer, Gideon's Fireblazer deals damage to target creature or player equel to the discarded card's converted mana cost.
2/1
Karametra's Dryad G
Enchantment Creature - Dryad (Rare)
Bestow 1G (If you cast this card for its bestow cost, it's an Aura spell with enchant creature. It becomes a creature again if it's not attached to a creature.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay G. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Karametra's Dryad and on enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1.
1/1
Instant (Uncommon)
Bloodchannel (You may pay 1 life any number of times as you cast this spell. If you do, the spell cost 1 less to cast for each time you have paid)
Target creature gets +6/+6 until end of turn.
Next: Green-blue Lightning Helix
Enchantment - Aura (Uncommon)
Enchant creature
You control enchanted creature.
When enchanted creature dies, return it to the battlefield under an opponent's with two additional +1/+1 counters on it.
