I usually don't care about what I wear, but currently I have to wear my Team Planethawaiian (from www.planethawaiian.com) shirt.
In prereleases or FNM, I definitely let people take things back. I want a challenge and I wouldn't care less if my opponent takes back obvious mistakes. Sometimes, when I see the error, I even go as far as asking my opponent "are you sure??!!" lol.... In PTQs and stuff, I play strict and I definitely keep my eyes on the player. If you want to win, it's best to gaze your opponent in your eyes. No, seriously. It really works. Try it at the BoK Prerelease.
As for my hands, I usually group the cards in one pile and put it down while i patiently wait for my opponent to finish their turn. I got that habit after one player told me they could read the cards I have through my glasses. (I try to wear contacts for serious tournaments now, but I am not so good with keeping up my looks :p)
My end of turn announcement is definitely, "Aaaannd....it's yerrr turn!" or "GO!" I definitely declare my attacks, and I tell how much I am attacking for although I don't really tally up the damage whenever I am at a serious tournament (sure gives more room for opponent to mess up).
I make conversations all the time. I enjoy the social aspect a lot more than the competitive aspect these days so I try to get to know my opponent within that 50 minutes while the game is not intense.

as for the cards, do you know the rarity of that 1G spiritcraft creature that does the mana adding trick? I like all the cards but seems like that would be the card I'm looking for in a R/G Spiritcraft deck. I wanna make sure I can collect 'em all :).
not bad at all. I guess we need all the demon we can get for that demon-ogre archetype. Now...we just need some creature(ogre? human?) offering demon so we can play with early demons. (I mean, what other creature would fit best with that mechanic than demons )
....maybe the correction to the pie is why this card's a sorcery. Nice s/b card for white based control. I'll just hope they don't have a Ravager around.
