Gideon is wearing a Boros belt buckle in his latest promotional material. Jace is wearing nothing guild-affiliated. Jace stayed mono-blue. I'd bet my Urabrask the Hidden Gideon will be RW. (Now Boros will get 2 walkers before any other 2-colour combo gets 2...and before some combos get 1...well, Golgari gets 1.5, I guess...)

Yeah, the article also seemed to say to me they aren't printing a Ral Zarek card soon. Shame, I like the guy more than Kiora.

Not true Black Red and Black Blue both have two planeswalkers.

In my experience with Modern Nantuko Shade is not a creature you want in the deck. For 2 mana there are much better creatures that don't require so much additional investment. Whenever I topdecked him in testing I always wished he were something else because late game is is more or less useless.

Basically the only enchantment hate I have in my 75 are 3 Nature's Claims in the board which have been pretty reliable thus far, useful against everything except Blood Moon, mostly because I have a single forest in the deck and every other green source is nonbasic. On the plus side, blood moon helps me set up seismic assault so it's kind of a double-edged sword. Either way if I think it's coming I'll fetch a forest.

Lectrys, if I were you I might look into Trygon Predator. He's not a bad creature but he does need to connect to destroy artifacts/enchantments.

I would hardly consider Harmonic Sliver maindeckable, a 1/1 disenchant for 3 isn't what the deck wants. If you're in Naya, Pridemage is much better as it's disenchant is an activated ability so you can threaten it while still being a 2/2 with exalted to help win goyf wars. That being said, I'm still not a fan of Naya Loam as I believe Confidant provides necessary card advantage after we've set up Seismic Assault and are Loaming every turn. If you're going to play Naya you might as well take out the cute Assault Loam combo and just play Big Zoo.

I try to make a habit of playing through Super Mario RPG for SNES every so often because I love that game. Game of the year, all years.

I recently just bought a bunch of Legacy of Kain games (Blood Omen, Soul Reaver 1+2 and Defiance) because I recently remembered how much I loved this whole series when I was younger and I've never played the first 3, only Blood Omen 2 and Defiance.

Goldeneye 64 is easily one of the most over rated games in history, FPS on N64 with only one joystick and unreliable autoaim is a nightmare.

I used him pretty effectively in an RB control deck I played during ZEN/MBS standard. He's repeatable card advantage on a stick for 5 mana, what's not to love?

We still have unsummon. The problem is essentially snapcaster mage means ANY card without and enter the battlefield effect is more or less unplayable. Because then it will just be bounced by unsummon or snappy/unsummon or another unsummon or angel/snappy/unsummon.

I would like to quote someone else on these forums from some time ago

"Contrary to popular belief, your opponent doesn't always have a lightning bolt in hand."

So this is the list I'm considering

I am running Gatecreeper Vine over Borderland Ranger because I wanted a 2 drop road block early, squeezing in Nighthawks seems like a good idea considering geist and all that other nonsense. I was also considering Knight of Infamy and Elvish Visionary. I really want to run Pillar of Flame because using removal on Messengers feels really bad but I don't know what to remove. Thoughts?

I want to run Lotleth troll because he seems like he'll be a tough S.O.B. but I don't feel like I could ever get him to be really strong. He's a good two drop but the creatures I feel comfortable discarding to him are late game borderland rangers and dreg manglers. Thoughts?

Who cares? People who were going to buy the product have more than likely already made their purchases based on other cards already spoiled, all this has done is let everyone see the rest of the cards so they can decide to hand over their money.

Have to say I'm slightly disappointed at Golgari Charm, was hoping for -x/-x spot removal but I guess there's always Orzhov charm.

As far as control being dead, I'm more of a mid-range player so I'm looking forward to playing BG zombies!

@Viperesque I really like the idea of gargoyles as a white tribe but it's a shame that they won't seem to get any kind of fleshing out. Especially in a setting so known for its gothic-inspired architecture, it seems like wasted opportunity.

OT: The Dimir one will probably be 1 or 2 power and unblockable.

The Boros one could possibly be 2/2 and have vigilance, which would be cool to leave it open for mana and still attack.

Gruul will more than likely have trample and 3/2 sounds like a good idea.

Simic still stumps me, there is no way they put hexproof on it, that seems like kind of a waste, perhaps it is another 2/2 and has some kind of defensive ability like reach? It's difficult to say without seeing the guild mechanics.

I was always under the impression that, if Bob were affiliated with any guild (which he almost certainly is not so there is no reason to reprint him, stop asking), he was affiliated with Dimir as that seems like the kind of thing they do. Lore Broker, while not functionally the same is still the same kind of idea; a human who gives you knowledge in exchange for something else.
