This is true. It is because Vitamin A, something carrots are rich in, is fat soluble, instead of water soluble. If you intake Vitamin A in very significant qualities faster than it can dissolve into your body's natural stores of fat, it will amass near your skin, thus giving the skin an orange color.

Card is ok, prefer Sensei Golden-tail as the same CC equivalent, but perhaps there's a good reason for this card i this set or the next.

The best Samurai deck would probably be Mono-white (Red and Black don't have much to offer versus the consistancy of monocolored), so Sensei would see play before this, if it even does.
I've heard rumor of a Big Green deck developing in block. Basically, it uses STE and Reach to get a lot of lands, then uses them to cast huge fatties early. It seems to be easy to splash another color in it. Maybe, if it splashes blue and uses the Top, this could go in that deck. Maybe.
The biggest problem with this is that it comes down after all your other Spirits/Arcane, unless you have a messed up curve, in which case you're probably screwed anyway.
Either you play your Spirits/Arcane then this, making this useless, or you play this then your S/A, making you dead.
The art on this better be good, or else it'll be pretty much worthless. :/
