Also, Trump's refusal to drop his financial ties means that the previously canceled pipelines he's used an executive order to keep building might be directly profitable for him. [link]
There is nothing in the linked article which establishes or implies the conflict of interest you're claiming here.

    You sure about that?

Shares of ETP, the company building the 450,000 barrel-a-day Dakota pipeline, ended the day up 3.5 percent in U.S. trading.

Trump owned ETP stock through at least mid-2016, according to financial disclosure forms, and ETP's chief executive, Kelcy Warren, donated $100,000 to his campaign.

That states that he had a very recent and potentially continuing interest in one of the companies that has directly benefited from the pipeline being approved. And that the chairman of that company donated a significant sum of money to Trumps Presidential campaign. Whilst Reuters are hedging their bets and not directly saying that Trump still has an interest in ETP, probably because they don't have absolute proof. The fact that so soon into his presidency he could be seen to be blatantly rewarding one of his supporters is worrying especially if the White house is going to be applying pressure to the relevant departments to expedite the approval process with out giving enough time for discovery.

I'm placing them in the same category because they're both news stories that are entirely make believe.

So you are currently trying to deny that CNN, The Guardian, numerous other news outlets and Senator Mccain were all handed a doissier that contained a number of very explosive allegations concerning Donald Trump and his possible links to Russian attempts to subvert the recent Electoral Process.

If you are doing the above in attempting to claim the CNN story is in the same class as the recent story Democrat run Kiddy fiddly ring being run out a D.C Pizzeria then Tiax is quite correct you are not using the same definintion as the rest of the world. Hint yours is the wrong one.

The 'dodgy dossier' exists and is currently with amoungst other people the relevant sections of the FBI. This is news and once they felt that there was enough basis to warn both the President Elect and the Outgoing President there is a legitimate reason to atleast report on its existence and once Buzzfeed had published the dossier in full there was also a legitmate reason for other new outlets to report and comment on that fact.

If you were actually interested in the story and not engaged in some blinkered attempt to discredit it at all costs you would have noticed that the 'liberal press' have not exactly rallied round to defend Buzzfeed for publishing the full doisser. Rather they have called it foolish.

Largely because people are getting hung up on the details and at least publically not asking other important question related to it like if it was handed over to the FBI how much did Director Comey know about it and if he did know of its existance what colored his disicion not to announce its existance and an investigation into it to the world like he did that botched final investigation into Hillary's email servers thats only result was to foolishly project his organisation into the political arena at a very sensitive time when it should have remained politically neutral.

He has his 100% accuracy record to defend.

Isn't this 100% accuracy record from Wikileaks itself? So Assange's own company is giving him a 100% accuracy record? That seems... questionable.

Maybe he has lied in the past. But yes you are right, it is Wikileaks with the 100% rating, but if he is lying now it would hurt the Wikileaks reputation. But still need solid evidence to say it was the Russians. Maybe a Russian insider will come out and bring some evidence/witness to the US corporate media...

Way to not answer the question. Which I will put in simple terms. Is Wikileaks the only organisation that is giving Wikileaks a 100% truthfulness rating or is there a third party that is doing the same thing?

    What has been discredited?

Don't know don't care. The question wasn't about anything being discredited. Are you going to stop spamming this forum and actually answer it which was: Is Wikileaks the only organisation that is giving Wikileaks a 100% truthfulness rating or is there a third party that is doing the same thing?

Its a fairly simple question and only needs a yes or a no as an answer.

I was providing examples of how societies that looked after well-being tend to fail, using examples of different scale. (It was a counter argument, not that you should even need to be told how to argue)

I would love to know what metrics you were using when you worked out that Mao's China and Hilter's Germany cared about their populations.

And also how you are able to conclusively blame the collapse of Nazi Germany to that aforementioned caring about the German Population.

posted a message on Force Of Will and Takebacks
This is not a situation that a definitive answer can be given as in a sanctioned tournament it is something a judge needs to investigate before continuing.

In your original post it appears that the opposing player has just chosen to reveal his Force of will and then put it back in his hand as he has not mentioned any targets or made any attempt to pay the costs of the spell. Note unlike in chess there is no obligation to continue with an action once you have started it, for example if you realise that it is not in your best interests to play that spell or the action is illegal.

For the second part of your question yes how your opponent has been playing during your match will be part of what the judge will be asking both players about when he investigates the situation.

*Daily mail is now "crap"... LOL!*

I take issue with only one word "now". It always has been and unless it has a radical restructuring it always will be a badly disguised propaganda rag designed to inflame a certain viewpoint. Back in the Thirtys they were unapologetic supporters of the Nazi's both in Germany and at home in Mosley's blackshirts. Not much has changed now with them hanging on the coat tails of both the Chinese and the Russians. They have earned there nickname of the Daily Fail several times over!

Edit: One last point that occurred to me, although a variation was pointed out earlier: These REAs have all this motivation to work together for the best of the customer. What is stopping the 3-4 REAs in say Cook County IL from discussing raising prices, because they can? Even if there is a hold out, not hard to just get all the other interested parties to pressure the dissenter.

Why apply pressure to the dissenter? You control the law enforcement between the rest of you. Surely it is far simpler to just shoot the dissenter and bury him in an unmarked grave?
