i also must admit that this deck has a good matchup against the new valakut. due to their lack of removal on g1, its impossible for them to deal with a meddling naming titan , duress effects taking off their ramps and tidehollows taking their siege gangs and avengers, plus mana leaking them or the harrows....
sideboard is:
4 spreading seas
2 pithing needle
4 flashfreeze
1 duress
1 path to exile
1 luminarch ascension
2 into the roil
i think the triple black is bad enough in a five color deck without breeding pools, vividlands or filter lands.
plus, if you want to run five colors, you cant really rely totally on the birds, since on game two, when your opp gets to know your game plan , he will totally burn or path the bird and thats gg
if you still want to go five colors, i strongly suggest using harrow and rampant growth, and having a green intensive mana base.
Im still working on the deck, Ruin's Ghost can be a beast and has nice interaction with Sejiri Steppe and with halimar depths and kabira crossroads, and since this deck draws and arranges top o f library a lot, i always get to an answer....
Im not playing esper due to taplands, but funny thing is that im using as much taplands myself in this deck, but they are worth it

Pretty consistant, can win a game out of nowhere and keeps opponent in check, plays as control, due to esper colors nature, but in truth is aggro.

simply because of arcane sanctum and drowned catacombs.
This deck is promising? Yeah.
Do we have everything blue and white needs to be a real danger? Kind of.
Why?
Blue is good at card drawing, bouncing, and countering, and boring your opponent to death.
White is good at life gain, board sweep, and first strikers
Both colors have a few good finishers, but im still feeling we dont have the counterspell that make the cut to make this deck 100% viable yet.
Anyway, while im putting togheter the cards for my grixis combo deck, im working on my always favorite pairing, UW.
This is the deck how I have it up to today.
2 Iona, Shield of Emeria
3 Calcite snapper
2 Jace, the mindsculptor
2 Misteries from the deep
3 Ponder
1 Sphinx of jwar isle
1 Martial Coup
4 Path to exile
4 Day of judgement
4 Ruin's Ghost
3 Negate
3 Spell Pierce
4 Kabira Crossroads
3 Celestial Colonnade
4 Glacial Fortress
2 Sejiri Steppe
3 Plains
4 Island

works basicly as a time sieve combo deck, big difference here are the cicling creatures and no tezzeret, how does it win??
with a pumped glassdust or a turn after open the vaults rush.
it works fine:D
first thing.
Second thing , magosi doesnt work , specially with that goblin that blows non basic lands...
The deck is reliable, but i think your version is slow enough to be kicked badly...
add in some oblivion rings and some control spells like negate.
luminarch ascension should be two main deck,
there is a topic on this section called turbofog where we can help you fixing your list.
