I like Linkin Park because they are always doing something new. They started off with Hybrid theory which was a good rock album at the time then they went to hip-hop with Reanimation, and then they had another more rock album (Meteora) and recently they made another hip-hop album with Jay-Z (Collision course). I think alot of people don't like them because they moved away from the rock band they started as and became more hip-hop.
Also alot of their songs from the LP Underground series are good (High Voltage, Step Up, Dedicated).
Anyway I like LP because they are always coming up with something new and fresh and Mike Shinoda is a talented emcee.
Evanescense is a decent band it would be cool if they came out with a new album sometime this year b/c I'm getting sick of fallen already. Although Broken and Missing were both great new tracks.
Hmm fetchlands, I'd like slith firewalker to stick around so ponza actualy remains vaible after MIR block rotates. I'd like to see warped devotion stay T2 just because I think I could make a tier 2 deck with it if there wasnt so much artifact hate in the format (ishron scepter + random bounce).
You know what I cant find in the rumor mill is a 9e partial spoiler. I'm not sure if there is one at some location on this site but I cannot find it. Anyway although BoK is still the hot topic we should make a 9e spoiler if one does not already exist becase there are at least 20 cards in 9e on this page alone. It would be nice to have all thsi information in spoiler form.
I average about 1 box for each set in the ONS block, MIR block, and CHK
and pry about 2 boxes of OD block
and about 1.5 total from Invasion + Apocolypse
and I foolishly bought a box each of 7th and 8th
so lets see not counting land that would be:
15*36 card per box = 540
14*36 for each box of 7th/8th = 504
so then that would be 540*7(ONS - CHK) + 3.5*540 (INV - OD) + 504 * 2 (7th/8th) =
6678 Cards
A pretty close approx of how many cards I own but its pry a little bit higher cus I'm always getting more cards.
Wont see much play in standard it could be used in a deck with the moonfolk (return land for effect) Azusa, Lost but Seeking" target="blank">Azusa, Lost but Seeking, or it might be ok in a deck with Meloku the Clouded Mirror Even if you play it on turn 2 it is not likely to gain you more then 12 life in a game (neither you or your oppenent will play more then 8 lands) and 4 - 5 lands will already be in play.
If you are playing green it is more then likely you will have land fetch, so I'd almost alway want to run the white shrine from CHK over this because it will likely gain you more life over time and it combos with the other shrines.
My guess is the 6th card in this cycle will be enchant legendary land since Kamigawa block has a heavy legendary theme. Maybe the genju will give untargetability or something. Not sure what color they would make the 6th card because there are legendary lands of all colors.
