Feb 4, 2014Henge Guardian posted a message on Launch Giveaway! My favorite card is also my username. Back when I first started playing I was obsessed with collecting the Legacy Artifacts, which led me to the Masques cycle of Horn of Ramos, Tooth of Ramos etc, then to Henge of Ramos, and finally to Henge Guardian, who now has one of the coolest creature types ever.Posted in: Announcements

On a more helpful note, the only white border printing of Crash of Rhinos was in the Beatdown box set which, as it was a small print run, may have had some print abnormalities in the same way that prerelease packs and event decks do in the current age.
I'm pretty sure the Cobras are there to turn the Fetchlands into Rituals, but it may not be worth it. Many people feel that Snapcaster is underwhelming in that list and should be Pack Rat instead.
Edit: Bob is decidedly not better, as it has massive anti-synergy wit Cruise.
Yeah, you have the exchange rate backwards. 55 AUD is about 47.50 USD. I'm in NZ and the MSRP is 45 NZD, but the red and white are selling for 50 NZD each. That is not too much of a markup, so I picked up a red one. It is super fun.
A little off topic, but things may be getting better in the Phillipines soon, as the Australian Wizards Office has just taken over Event Co-ordination for the area. Hopefully a change in management might improve things for you!
To be fair, your thread is entitled "Am I the Only User Here Who Does Not Wish to See a Colorless Basic Land (or any new basic land types)?" In my mind, this is invited a discussion about whether or not Wizards should introduce a new basic land to the game. I am voicing my opinion that if they introduce a new basic land it should have its own basic land type, regardless of whether it makes Domain more powerful or Coalition Victory slightly harder to achieve.
The reason for this is that adding another basic land to the game is pretty much a trick that they can only pull once. I'd rather they go all the way to make it exciting and game changing rather than miss their chance and not get another go. Who knows, they may pull it off in a way that satisfies us both.
And the reason I find your threads hilarious is that you seem to consistently hold views that are completely opposite to mine, and the fact that people with such different views exist in the world is of great amusement to me. So indeed, thank you for brightening my day.
I know it has been hard of late with Delver running rampant through the metagame, but I am still plugging away with the list. My current version looks like this:
3 Sakura-Tribe Elder

1 Thragtusk
1 Grave Titan
1 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite

1 Sultai Charm
4 Gifts Ungiven
Sorceries (14):
1 Thoughtseize
3 Inquisition of Kozilek
1 Raven's Crime
1 Life from the Loam
4 Lingering Souls
1 Infest
1 Drown in Sorrow
1 Damnation
1 Unburial Rites
Planeswalkers (3):
3 Liliana of the Veil
4 Verdant Catacombs
1 Polluted Delta
1 Marsh Flats

1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
1 Ghost Quarter
1 Tectonic Edge
1 Vault of the Archangel
1 Eidolon of Rhetoric
1 Rule of Law
1 Abrupt Decay
3 Stony Silence

1 Maelstrom Pulse
1 Murderous Cut
1 Detention Sphere
1 Timely Reinforcements
1 Spellskite
1 Thragtusk
1 Dismember
1 Path to Exile
I also kind of like the look of this Rhinos on a Boat deck. Maybe only due to being the same colours, or maybe just because I want to cast Siege Rhino in a Gifts deck. Anyone else have any new ideas?
Edit: On a side note; Hooray! Another DemonDragonJ thread! They are always hilarious.

Enchantment - Aura
Enchant player
Enchanted player plays with their hand revealed.
If enchanted player would look at the top card or cards of his or her library, that player reveals them instead.
Sure, it is pretty much an upgraded Telepathy, but I couldn't resist the punny name.
Memory Plantation
Land (U)
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast spells that have flashback.
No reminder text should be required if it is worded like that.
Hah, I also bought one after seeing the red Goblin Walker, thinking it might spike in value. Oh well, I want to play them anyway, and they aren't particularly expensive currently.
Thought Lapse is a fine uncommon, although you could probably notch up the Flashback cost by 1.
Terra Rending is broken with Amulet of Vigor, Flagstones of Trokair and even Life and Limb, and pretty good with Life from the Loam and Crucible of Worlds. Simple fix would be to add a mana cost like Trade Routes or Ghave, Guru of Spores. I still think it is trying to do too much though.
