the biuld doesnt look bad, i could sugest some alternate game win plan (such as a currupt) in case that the initial ounslought doesnt win. also some engeneered plagues in the sideboard (awsome agains goblins/kobhold klamp decks)
the problem with dream hall is that it usually was combined with mana accelerators (sol ring, black lotus, moxes, what have you) which would allow for extremely fast combos to go off since mana wasnt necesary (you could probably win WAY before your opponent could abuse the halls)
I think toshi should have spiritcraft of somekind since he does seem to have the powers to manipulate the spirit world, I just hope hes not an overcosted black legend that is totaly unplayable by anyones standards
its not such a bad card since if you run some cheap spirits/arcane spells your oponent cant even keep 1 card in his hand if he sticks in play long enough
