They could do a bunch of different things to finish the cycle
Allies-> rares and/or not as good because swords so far are stupid good and maybe they want enemy to be stronger than sllird in this case because its a part of magic hidtory or something
Allies-> mythic finishing cycle supergood(most likely)
Allies -> 2 rare 3 mythic as an homage(coolest, least likely)
I just wanna stress to not get your hopes up because it took 5+ years to finish enemy cycle, and thats super special awesome right now and wizards loves giving us cool things, but spreading them out so they dont overwhelm us.
No real rumors.
It will prolly happen at some point in the furure because a lot of people want them. Not likely in the next 2-3 blocks as a large portuon of standard is tired of sword.dec. they are an iconic enemy colored cycle that probanly will turn up but not soon as ally colored
Im no rules expert. But i believe you can still target the ability resolving, which affects the last troll without targetting him
2. I believe it only cOunts as 1 cast but multiple on the stack. Wiser rule gurus please cOrrect my errors.
Edit: ninjad but it looks like we agree so everyone is happy
Ive personally played with and against tibalt in my cube. He performs really well when his opponent is manascrewed and has 7 cards in hand :$.
Other than that hes like any other planeswalker. Hes a threat. You cant just let him tick up. And you only use his +1 when you think you can improve your hand. Even if you tick him up slowly he has to be dealt with. In a Jund rampish deck with reanimator outlets hes a terror. That being said i took him out for a better ACS. ( hes only brahsome in that build)
At what size is this cubable if it is cubable. Super wrath is kind of awesome, (which you can build around if you really try). and colorless mana makes it easy to cast, even if it does cost a crapton.
I got my friends into magic with an unpowered(yet EXTREMELY strong, mind twist and friends) cube and they loved it. They go to a different college so they wanted a cube for their college and friends there. I suggested peasant cube, because its much cheaper and they have less time and money to spend on magic cards, but i'm afraid they wont enjoy it as much as a more powerful cube. This probably isnt a valid concern, but could i suggest things to make it less mundane.i dont want them playing with a whole bunch of vanilla creatures etc, because they are really new to the game making a cube.:)
I really dont like it. Its like reds' 15th best one drop creature
goblin guide, jackal pup, mogg fanatic ... etc etc.
Its like reds worst pinger, although to be fair its the cheapest. In M12.. or whichever one had bloodthirst it worked somewhat becaues of a huge density of bloodthirst creatures, but cube really doesnt support bloodthirst very well, and aggro has better tools, control has better tools, combo midrange all better tools.
Me no likey.
Mimic Vat Is a really fun card, and is pretty bonkers in cube considering the many ETB triggers on creatures, as well as the usefulness of being able to repeatedly reanimate. It can also exile problematic reanimation targets of your opponents(having to only deal with a creature once is good). Through fun alone i would include this in any cube no matter what size it is. Its strong as well, with not a huge mana investment. The negatives include not immediately impacting, and needing something to die to be useful in the slightest.
In summation, super fun, pretty flexible, strong enough.
(i may be biased)
My favorite part is one activation usually makes it worth it. Extras are just extra value.
Ok I realize Cryptic command is really freaking good it can be anything you want for only 4 mana. The problem i have is that 1UUU is a little bit hard to cast, but more importantly I only have the second version of the card. At 360 i think cryptic command is a cube staple, but would you run the promo version (especially if some people in your playgroup didnt know all the cards abilities... or ANY of the cards abilities? I'm thinking of just slipping paper in and writing the choices
edit: i cant run the lorwyn version because i dont OWN the lorwyn version, and no LGS has one.
It would make sense to me, as people are clamoring for modern reprints
MUST HAVE SHOCKLANDS!
MUST HAVE DARK CONFIDANT!
adding a super rare timeshifted card would add to the nostalgia of the set, while keeping prices pretty high and not upsetting standard. The set is pretty large, and this way they wouldnt have to make ravnica 2.0 = ravnica 1.0.!
any chance whatsoever?
edit: i posted this in baseless. but it was brought here so... i dunno how that happened.
Chandra gets no love as one of the more mediocre walkers. In cube however i have had really good experiences with both Chandra nalaar is ACS sorcery speed 6 damage to a creature, or 2 for 1'ing creatures over 2 turns, and she can ping pretty well. chandra, the firebrand has a lot of fun spells to replicate, but i feel she is actually weaker, though she is excellent at pinging enemy walkers, and tokens, x/1's. Chandra Ablaze is about a burning inquiry but i wouldnt recommend for most cubes(at what size would someone put this in cube?

But yes Ill reaffirm drifting skies' answer.
Its just like auras and creatures, pacifism for opponents creatures
Rancor for your creatures.

Swords to plowshares
Path to exile
Temporal isolation
Oblivion Ring
even condemn
I wouldnt run this at 360-500
Maybe at 700+?
Im not good at evaluating.. so take it with a grain of salt.
