The card looks good for a Selesnya deck. It seems like a variation of Seller of Songbirds. It works well as an uncommon.
The Unite keyword seems like a better Soulbond since they got the ability only on combat. This may be more powerful than soulbond by having the option to change partners unlike soulbond. It really feels like an ability that could work in Boros.
Sagharri The card looks interesting but if played white it would seem off flavor as white tends to hurt attacking or blocking creature. Otherwise a good card. when played with battlecast this becomes even better than Lightning Bolt and that means it could be broken.
The mechanic is interesting as it improves the spell. The balance here will be the deciding factor in telling if the ability is broken or not.
Bloodyspasm The card seems ok for a rare with that mana cost. Havng First Strike, Lifelink and pump ability makes it over the top, more so with the single mana pump.
The ability, as taken in the card, would give First Strike, Lifelink and the pump ability to all other creatures you control. This may be too powerful if the creatures with the ability are overpowered as this one, also keeping track of the abilities is going to be tough.
Arbitraryarmor
The card seems ok for a rare. The first strike and haste seems a bit over the top but still it is ok due to the double colored mana cost.
The ability sure is wordy. Having to put a token and then fight the other creature seems a bit much to put into a keyword ability.
Alexis Grey The card is ok, a common 1/2 for one mana is good.
The ability seems interesting as it would take out any first strike, trample or activated ability the other creature has. The only problem I see in the ability is that it is very limited as, in this creature's case it won't be able to stop flying, haste, vigilance or activated abilities that are used before combat.

The card is overcosted, even Elite Vanguard cost less and have the same p/t.
The ability does not sounds like it belongs in the Boros Legion. This seems more like a multikicker variant than anything else.

The ability is nice and change the way the player and the opponents have to think about the combat phase.

The ability needs more polish. Incentive does not sound like a combat keyword. This feels more like a creature ability than a keyword. Does an Incentive 1 would put 4 tokens? or will the number of tokens change? for flavor the tokens should be soldiers. Good but needs work.

Maximumbuttitude - It's sad to see Radha taking a fellow elf as a pet. The ability works well with Radha's ability and is a decent creature.
arbitraryarmor - Seems very broken due to the 20/20 token with flying it brings.
Bloodyspasm - Really nice creature. The abilities are innovative and works well with Urza. Making the counter triggers on artifact creatures makes it balanced.
Julian - Very wordy creature. The ability is ok but works better in a golgari deck. The sac ability is too powerful to be on this card too.
Bertech.dk - Very interesting creature and fits well with Rofellos. The ability is a nice twist on the -1/-1 counters and is very innovative.
GregarFalzar - Very nice creature. The first ability really works well with Geth, but the second will be made useless if Geth's activated ability is used.
Cythare - Interesting creature. The ability mixes well with Venser and could prove versatile in many decks.
Asrama - Very nice creature. This seems very powerful in a deck with Soraya as there would be a lot of 2/2 flyers in the field.
Eskimo Rage - The bat does not seem to have strong ties to its master. The abilities while very nice does not seem to relate to Crovax. The legendcycling ability is a nice and original twist on this mechanic.
