This just feels incomplete. I like the theme of it, but it needs a lot more work. Traditionally, Planeswalkers get some amped up ability that uses up a lot of loyalty counters, and it helps to make the rest of the turns spent pinging the enemy, generating 1/1s, gaining 2 life, or whatever worth it. The first ability feels out of place on a mono-red card. The second ability is a little too powerful for its cost. The third is underwhelming in practice, even if it looks cool on the card. I might shift it over to and play with the final ability giving all permanents you control shroud, kinda like the flip side of Elspeth. Over all: 2 out of 10.
