You have to give your creature deathtouch before combat damage, or it won't be able to kill the attacker.

As the stack works first in -> last out, Collision goes on top of Bladebrand, and Collision resolves first.

So, your opponent killed your blocker before combat damage, and as it's no longer blocking or alive, your creature blocks no damage, and you take 10.

It's real nice how WOTC is being respectful, even if they're probably only doing it to look woke and get the queer dollar.

A primary school teacher will likely mark a schoolchild's work as being incorrect if they mix up their pronouns as much as they would if they misused a genative apostrophe or mixed their tenses, and they won't accept "they" for singular.

A Vehicle card enters the battlefield as a non-creature artifact, and remains that way until it is crewed. You don't ever have to pay the crew cost, but they won't become creatures until you do.

You don't have to re-pay the mana cost to crew the vehicle.

This doesn't feel like a good move on WOTC's part.

Specifically use a card like Dissipate or Summary Dismissal on Knowledge Pool.

I designed this for a hypothetical Izzet/Temur/Jeskai EDH precon, so make balance and design comments accordingly, and appreciate my terrible pun.

Personally I pick a theme to build an EDH deck around and then try to make the best deck of that theme from my collection.

I'd like this better if it couldn't be switched off, so the player has four turns to win the game with their godlike acceleration, then they lose on turn five.

imo if Ferocity's art had been something like Garruk swinging an entire tree that would have been fantastical enough to get away from the domestic violence comparison.

As far as muscle armour in the Roman Empire is concerned, that was mainly worn by Gladiators, and the point of Gladiator combat was to be impressive and entertaining, to the degree that gladiators didn't fight to the death anywhere near as often as pop culture says they did: training skilled gladiators took time and money.
Actual soldiers generally wore rounded strips of metal and/or chain vests, because those worked better at keeping them alive.

Shad generally has well constructed arguments regarding medieval stuff so I'll watch his videos when I have more time to, but I'm going to go on record saying that if I'm going to take a claymore to the chest I want it to hit a rounded shell rather than a breastbone facing wedge of metal, no matter how much padding I have under the actual armour.

Also, as far as ridiculous fantasy aesthetics are concerned, I personally think Lyra Dawnbringer and the other "stained glass armour" arts from Dominaria are among the best design MTG has had for a while.
