The answer to your question is yes you can attack multiple people.
If you want to mix it up a little you could try planechase or you could try attacking only to the left and when its down to two people it just becomes a duel. This prevents ganging up which a lot of people who are new to multiplayer hate.
I think the max number of comes into play tapped lands is 8 but some card draw like Barren Moor or Secluded Steppe might be nice. Possibly using 2 of each and taking out a playset of terramorphics or wilds could work.

It had Jitte, fetches, Sensei's Top, and Skullclamp and maybe some other good stuff.
Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots may be appropriate depending how much the deck is built around her.
