Not to be *that* guy, but based on a bit of information from a source definitely in the know, Magic Origins is going to be the official name of the last core set ever, not Magic 2016 or M16.
Long story short, many people like me took one look at the price of a Scalding Tarn ($100) and the price of a MINT Revised Bayou ($100)and thought, "if I had a hundred bucks, which one would be better period?"
Oh thank God the packaging is green. RtR was blue, GTC was red and DGM was yellow. My OCD went into overdrive when M14 was revealed to be blue/gold colored. I was this close to painting a fatpack box green just to complete the color palette.
Basically this turns every instant or sorcery you have into a charm - either go with the spell's original ability or "put two +1/+1 counters on this guy".. Seems insane with phyrexian mana, maybe even something to look into in Modern.

Wit's End makes me think of the death of clever word repartee and the rule of crude memes and puns as 'humor'.
Since you need to keep your wits about you, having them plucked from your brain should degenerate you into a clueless idiot.
