I considered inspecting titus, but after Pibbly failed to get any useful information when he attempted to ping titus, I figured that he had some form of 'cloaking' ability that prevents anyone from getting information on his character.

Billking's guilt also hinges on the way he dropped all pretense of using logic in his arguments, tried to lynch titus, tried to lynch me, tried to cast suspicion on axel, and attempted to make us role-claim before titus appeared, all in addition to his scummy ability.
Titus does have a list, of some sort. Exactly what's on it, I'm not sure.
