I can name several more extreme instances of this... phenomenon to debate.
My freshman year of college, there was a girl that was in many of my classes (same degree plan) who, four years later married a professor that taught about three classes we both took. This is his second mariage and he is 32 years older than she is.
Someone else I know who has now graduated college is dating one of her former professors. She is now a teaching assistant working under him. (No pun intended...)
But the point is, why make a thread about how your religion is being disrespected and continue to make jabs at other's religion? It really hurts one's argument.
Violence in schools is wrong. Always. I agree with Arc among others - you probably should have been expelled and probably would have been if this were a true story, etc. etc.
As to your original complaint about your religion being disrespected, I feel that you are disrespecting my religion and the religion of others by refering to us as "xians." Why not call a spade a spade and a Christian a Christian? I wouldn't object to you omitting the capitalization if that was an issue you had, but why not demonstrate respect for others if you so value respect to be given you.
If a teacher made biased remarks against your faith/belief system, you had every right to take it to a higher authority, be that a principal, AP, whatever. If you handled yourself appropriately and the "oppression" continued, you may have had a legitimate case to potentially bring up formal charges. As you did not, no lawer would even consider representing you in the position you are in now.
Also, given that you had the urge to draw your knife, have admited to both anger management issues and self-mutilation, don't you think it might be in everyone's best intrest if you sucked it up and used wire cutters instead of bringing a knife to school? The next time someone ticks you off are you going to be able to show the same restraint? How do you know?
Manic-depressant syndrome (which you are self-admitantly showing signs of) typically manifests itself in one of two ways, outward agression OR inward agression. As you are displaying both, I again lean toward calling BS, but in the event that this is legit, you should seek a more professional diagnosis and possibly treatment. I have a good who successfully quit cutting at the age of 21 after 14 years. She has now also weaned herself off of medication, but that too was a long process.
I also would like to join the moderating queue. I have a second game in the making, M:tG themed, but in no way identical to my original game on MiseTings.

Discuss.
This from the Mod with a Vatican City Flag emblem...
I think so, but less so since Christmas has fallen into being a secular holiday event anyway.
