Tom, get out of your tunnel. KJ is correct that you’re seeing everything he does as a reason for him to be scum, which is the definition of tunneling. You may have had last as town, but people were suggesting he be shot, saying otherwise is just untrue.
@KJ: Kinda think you should shoot Rod, cause Umami is correct that if a scum top locker exists, he is a prime suspect.
@Umami: If we don’t flip a roleblocker, you should consider tracking GJ. If we do, then great, track at will. The other option is to track me, and if I die, you can know at least that my target didn’t perform the kill.
@GJ: if you’re town, I still think your best bet is to watch me. If I hit the roleblocker and not the killer, you’ll see who done it.
I’m not going to claim my target ahead of time. I think it’s still probable that I die, but even more so if I give scum the answer to who should perform the kill.
I...don’t actually think I can leave a useful legacy here because this game is a cluster that needs some mechanical solves.
Things to note:
-ZDS can only be scum with GJ, but doesn’t have to be (and /probably/ isn’t).
-DBS having the public nature of her role doesn’t stop her from being scum, in fact, seeing her and KJ both having that same clause means it is probably 100% NAI.
-Tubba’s Role could be a red herring, don’t get hung up by it. But, it might behoove people to ask the mod if his role would be seen by [generic tracking/watching roles].
-Umami and GJ aren’t a dichotomy, and neither are DBS and KJ. However, if the next scum flip or two is low power, then the odds of all of those being town is drastically diminished. Role wise, it’s not like a watcher and a doc though, don’t let anyone lock in a world where either of those pairs gets chain lynched, remember that behavior does matter.
I could probably throw out some more thoughts, and if I get time and think of some I will. But Jeez this twilight has been nuts.
@Jack, enough with the pity party. If you’re town, interact within the PoE as much as you can; poke, prod, and generally create content. If you’re scum, do the same. As claimed, KJ can’t target you regardless, so it doesn’t matter. But really, no more self focused posting, it won’t help you, won’t endear you to anyone, and won’t help solve the game.
I mean KJ is now "most likely scum" but its not like we dont still need to resolve jack.
