Oh man, i read the abilities and when i got to the last one and my balls started to hurt it was so painful.
if you look at Jace, The Mindsculptor it takes 5 turns for him to get to his ultimate, so i think this just might be underpowered since jace 2.0's ultimate is probably better than this.
plus ability i think should be 4 cards instead, second ability is fine, ultimate i think should be -11. because when you use his ultimate, you'll need him to stick around so you can use the plus ability to finish him off.
if you think about it, the ultimate doesn't really belong with that theme, its basically discard/mill and when they can't draw cards you can't discard them, idk it is an a**hole move that would probably win you the game, more if you're playing weenies or creaturers than discard/mill. Mill/discard probably has better cards than this. It could definitely use some revising so im going to as the next person who replies to mine, to reply to yours as well. I'd like to see what a finished copy would look like.

hrm. it seems like a great card other than the fact that the opponent has to sacrifice only 4 permanents and you have to sacrifice 7. maybe give him shroud, and annihilator 6. just my opinion. cuz at most you'll deal him 9 damage, 18 if youre really lucky but that means that you'd have to sacrifice 14 permanents, doesn't seem very likely to me, and they'd have to have not chumped it, or destroyed/exiled it. You need to make it devastating to them because it sure as hell will be devastating to you. actually, here's my final take on it

its a bummer you aren't running green or white because then you could run Lightmine Field and Maelstrom Pulse, those both annihilate tokens. also, Wrath of God annihilates tokens to. but what doesn't it annihilate? hmmm? maybe eldrazi monument. Be sure to run artifact removal because if they aren't running eldrazi monument, they're just idiots and you should laugh at them.
but you asking for help against tokens makes me wonder. mass removal is probably the most important part of any EDH deck. I run Wrath of God, Day of Judgment, Pestilence, and Plague Wind in my Doran, and I'm even contemplating running Pestilence Demon for extra shibang (I'd run Damnation but that is an expensive card). Mass removal is key because it gets rid of threats. Im sure that once you start running more mass removal they'll back off of their token strategy real quickly. Thats why in our group our person whith Rhys, the redeemed as his general switched to Rafiq REAL fast.
my deck is a little more creature oriented. so anything that can help me with my beatdown. like Defender of the Order would be a great choice. the others are great to, but just not for my style

These are all cards i own, so don't be like "oh why would you celestial purge if you can just run vindicate?" As soon as i get a vindicate that goes in but as of right now, I don't. Still though any help would be great.
if you're going to be running a lot of equipment (and expensive equipment to), why don't you run Kor Outfitter? could possibly get it back with adarkar valkyrie and even if you don't get it back it can definitely quicken your game.
I'd rather have the deck be stable on its own without Brion. It's just more fun that way but I still want to include cards that I would fling with Brion rather than actually attack with them.

Demolish is the same CMC but since the addition of eldrazi i think that the extra red mana symbol makes up for that. You know what would make it cool is if you made it a colorless sorcery, but idk if that would mean raising the CMC. good idea though, i enjoy it.

Idk if that would be good or anything, I kinda tried to base it off of Oona, but for zombies, but zombies kinda suck in standard so it would probably be better as a different creature type.
