Goblins/Gobliny things to think about:
-Skirk Prospector. An amazing card! Sac outlet mana generation and more all in one! Sooo good in this deck! Actually more sac outlets in general: Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian[ Altar are good places to start.
Non-goblin things:
-Since you are running umbral mantle, why not add Thornbite Staff. Another untap effect is always good. That being said, Thousand-Year Elixir.
-Haste effects galore, your goblins won't be enough! Fervor and Mass Hysteria are all things to think about.
I also support Liliana. I've got her out early with some of my smaller creatures backing her up and a delicious Rings of Brighthearth and it was wonderful.
I think the biggest problem with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is that after reanimating your opponent's stuff they get it back if it dies as a part of Undying. I personally don't like that since I am almost as often getting my opponent's stuff.
Black Market- Your opponents need to remove it or you will crush them with an absurd mana advantage generated by it. Personally, I'd run it over Sanguine Bond.
Rune-Scarred Demon seems to be a notable missing card since you don't seem to have any qualms about tutors. A solid beater and can act as an instant speed Grim Tutor seems like the deck would like it. Also has the advantage of not costing as much as grim tutor price wise.
Disciple of Griselbrand generates some life as well as being a sac outlet. The main downside is the mana cost for activation. I'd argue worth it.
As a note I love Chainer, he's a favorite deck of mine so I hope this post doesn't kill the thread like it usually does.
Edit: I also like to look on the bright side of Chainer's last ability it's better that you exile the toys to stop others from using them against you.
Nemata's sac ability is AMAZING. If Nemata is your only source of saproling tokens then it maybe slightly less useful, but if you have saprolings from other sources as well it'll get nuts FAST. Another poster mentioned it, but any saprolings that get through will be HUGE since you're saccing all the blockers
I suggest Fracturing Gust as another mass artifact/enchantment hate. It's instant and gains a little bit of life to boot. The only other thing I would suggest is Cleansing Meditation or Calming Verse since they can at least avoid killing our own things. I totally agree with Back to Nature
Goblin Assassin. Sure you lose a few goblins when it's out, but I'm pretty sure it is gonna be a board wipe. It's won me a couple of games by getting rid of relevant creatures. Dragon Fodder is another Krenko's command and can get those early game gobs to really get him going

-Contemplate Krenko's Command and Dragon Fodder, they really help you get going.
-Since you have Lackey, why not add Warren Instigator to the mix? It's cheap and just a bit more expensive, but still really explosive.
-Goblin Arsonist while small really helps early game to get more goblins out.
-Kiki-Jiki, Mirror breaker to make copies of those useful ETB creatures, like siege-gang and friends.
-Beetle Back Chief if you have room
-Arms Dealer great source of removal.
Non-goblin things:
