why not put a few one of's in your deck along with a few scry spells that would allow you to put one of those single cards at the bottom of your library and then tunnel vision for it?
I assume this just removes the drawback from Transcendence with no downside whatsoever to that player that has Transcendence in play.
Is this correct this doesn't setup some weird loop or something?

I have 1 question about transcendence : if you have 1 life and transcendence in play and you are dealt 1 damage do you lose?
just wondering cause it seems to be a triggered ability that ets you gain life after you lost it, so technically you would be at 0 life with transcendence's effect on the stack right?
well, i tried a few hall of the bandit lords in my deck to speed it up (and goblin cohort is really good when you have a good mana curve) and it works well. Afterall, the 3 life isnt that important to you and the CIP tapped can be timed when you dont need the extra mana.
