Do you think it would help if I increased the other 3 in power a little?
Such as:
you gain 3 life
tap 2 target creatures
deal 1 damage to target creature, and 1 damage to that creature's controller
It's a nice idea, but the balance of the 5 colors is hard to disrupt. Perhaps if the saturated mana can be used as mana of its associated color. I think that's what you were going for, yes?
I had an idea for new types of mana that I call Saturated Mana. The 5 kinds of Saturated mana are Solar{A}, Ice{I}, Skull{K}, Fire{F}, Leaf{L}. Each of these has an effect when you add one ot your mana pool. They can be used to pay for cost of the corresponding mana, or pay costs for Saturated mana only, but can't be used as colorless mana.
Bright Prairie
Saturated Land- Plains (R)
symtap: add {A} to your mana pool
Whenever you add {A} to your mana pool, gain 1 life
Frozen Sea
Saturated Land- Island (R)
symtap: add {I} to your mana pool
Whenever you add {I} to your mana pool, tap target creature
Vile Bog
Saturated Land- Swamp (R)
symtap: add {K} to your mana pool
Whenever you add {K} to your mana pool, target creature gets -1/-1 until begging of end step.
Frozen Sea
Saturated Land- Mountain (R)
symtap: add {F} to your mana pool
Whenever you add {F} to your mana pool, deal 1 damage to target creature
Fertile Grove
Saturated Land- Forest (R)
symtap: add {L} to your mana pool
Whenever you add {L} to your mana pool, add G: to your mana pool
Then you could have spells that rely on Saturated mana
Vile Edict BB
Sorcey- (U)
Destroy target creature, it can't be regenerated
Spellthief 2{I}{I}
Creature- Human Wizard (C)
When ~ deals combat damage to a player, draw a card
1/2
Enraged Baloth 3GG
Creature- Beast (U)
Trample
~ gets +1/+0 for each {L} used to cast it
4/6
What do you think? Has this been done before? Is it even feasible?

Yes it specifically says that
Really? I thought the overpowered one would be the green. Keep in mind they are not basic, so limited to four a deck.
