Ban Deal 10s because it will just devolve into who can cast the most of those the fastest and find them the fastest.
And the game will still be full of ridiculous spells, but the ones that are just auto-include no matter what the strategy is are bad for the format.
The ban list is very much subject to change depending on what is good, this is just an initial list. Things are very much subject to be added and come off if they aren't format breaking.
And what infinite life or damage combos are you talking about? Are they still viable when your deck is singleton?
-One of each card in your deck. So it's singleton.
-Lands do not count as casting a spell per turn.
-You may only activate each cards activated ability that requires mana once a turn.
-Multikicker can only be activated once.
-Unlike other Type 4 variants, you do not have unlimited land types. You generate mana on free will, like having an emblem saying “0: Add any color of mana to your mana pool.” that you can activate over and over. You only control a Mountain if you actually control a mountain, you only control a plains if you control a plains and so on.
Banned List:
Deal 10’s: The reason behind the banning of these cards is that they are just to degenerate. In a single spell you can half your opponents life on turn one. This is just not fair and can be easily abused.
Annihilator: In a format where you have little board presence, annihilator is devastating. These cards also sport extremely high powers and just overpowered. Not to mention Emrakul is practically unstoppable.
