I have been reading this forum and have seen this deck played many times. Although I have never played it. The store that I play at locally doesn't have anyone who plays this deck, It is in my play-style and I think it would be a healthy metagame call. Can someone please post a updated list of what they think this deck looks like now, so I can proxy it up before I go out and buy the cards for it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ron Trauma
I also agree with this. Archive is totally not needed. It is pretty much overkill, and I like it better when my only 3-drops in the deck are Exhaustion. However Kindle the Carnage in the board does not sound bad at all. I think I will give it a try.
What I've found with my list is running Repeal in the board, along with 4 maindeck Eye of Nowhere and Boomerang, help the sting from any R based aggro dex. Although even with this strategy it still sux. What Ive found works best is to not even worry about Gruul or any other R based aggro decks. I don't even board for them anymore. If your local metagame includes a ton of aggro decks, you shouldn't even be playing this. It is a metagame gamble, and one that can payoff from time to time. I have beaten Gruul, but it was with goddraws Where it was turn 2 boomerang turn 3 mine with Spell Snare backup, turn 4, exhaustion turn 5 Owl, exhaustion. But you must have the absolute nuts to beat aggro decks. I also seen a lot of people with their lists here run Gigadrowse main, I think this is a mistake with all of the B/W aggro lists running around 3 maindeck Pyroclasm should always be ran in place of Gigadrowse. Drowse is better in the control matchups. Also Spell Snare is absolutly awesome in Standard, play it in place of Mana Leak. I do..... It works wonders.
Last but not least, do not run Evacuation. THe highest cmc in Owl should be 4, not 5. And Twincast is well....... Twincast. I only run 1 but the amount of games I finish with Sudden Impact + Twincast is huge.
What up all, names Ron. I live in the Southern Illinois area near Carbondale. We play in the Student Center every Sunday after 11 if anyone wants to stop by. But any way, we just started having 1.5 tourneys here once a month. I play Stupid Green, or random oldschool stuff like Squandered Stasis. I occasionally whip out Homebrew, but only if I havent come up with something stupid to play for that week. That's what I love about Legacy, the fact that if you know what your playing and play it well you'll probably do ok. Heck Even Tooth might even win a Legacy tourney sometime.
I just played against his very deck in a magic-league room, I was playing Tooth and Nail w/black Splash. With 3 Deeds, 3 Moment's Peace, and Trike/ Vampire. Game 1 he gained a s*** ton of life and Smashed face with 287 287/287 Pegusi, and Game 2 I cranialed him for Herd and he decked me. I dont know if It can beat anything else in Extended, but it pretty much pwnd Tooth.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ron Trauma

Anywho my votes go to:
KING DIAMOND: Best. Come on.
Kiss: Worst, man did they suck. And they did a disco album.
Worst: John Tesh
Blood Pet is better than Dark Ritual, cause it can attack.
