What about Zombie Infestation? This with all that cycling would gives you access to larger critters and possibly some with haste. Akroma and Iona come to mind.
Edit: Ok, nvm. I thought the cascade spells were 2 to cast, when they are infact 3.
Claymore, I think I'd prefer to have 4 smallpox and 3 Go for the Throat/Putrify. I think that the hand disruption and mana denial provided by smallpox out weighs the single dude that GftT will kill. I also think that you want Golgari Rotfarm. It is so amazing with Garruk, and not to mention it does, in a sense ramp you.
Guy who suggested Gifts.. what exectly are you Gifting for? Unless your running a Loam build, which I think really isn't that good here, there's nothing really worth Gifting for.
I am all for Quest of the Gravelord. That and Bloodghast are really amazing in this deck. Most of the time, Ghast will have haste. then you back that up with Garruk's Overrun, and now a 5/5 zombie.. all the while your opponent is now in topdeck mode, and praying for a land, just to make it look like he was playing the same game. I think Ghast has much more of an affect then Nether Traitor could ever have.
I don't ike the Porcelain Legionnaire. It cost you 5 life to cast if you flip it with Dark Confidant, and if RDW/Burn start to pick up steam, that's 5 life you don't want to give up for a 3/1..
When sitting down to a match, I will introduce myself, and ask how my opponents other rounds have gone. No details, just record, and if they feel like talking, they tell me what beat them.
Game 3 is when I will say good luck, and I mean it when I say it. I hate winning b/c my opponent didn't draw lands, or drew all lands. If that happens, after the game is done, instead of good game, I tend to say good match, sorry it had to end this way.

Do you really want Cascade in a Secpter deck anyway?
Wouldn't Merchant Scroll also be good in this deck?

I want the story attached to this..
Has anyone else noticed Karn has no starting loyality?
I think you could switch the # of Grips and Extractions, and get a similar/better result.
