702.92a Undying is a triggered ability. "Undying" means "When this permanent is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it."
1. You are right about Clones and S&T, you cannot copy the card your opponent puts onto the battlefield.
2. No, as there is no time where Grislebrand is on the field and there isn't a Needle preventing him from using his ability.
3. Venser's ability is a triggered ability, and will be put onto the stack after S&T resolves, making the opponent's creature a legal target for bouncing.
4. Same as above, since the triggered ability goes on the stack after the drake and the opponent's creature enters, the opponent's fatty is a legal target.
All 3 of the DRS's abilities use the stack and can be responded to.
It's first ability requires a target, so that means it's not a mana ability and it uses the stack.
605.1a An activated ability is a mana ability if it meets three criteria: it doesn't have a target, it could put mana into a player's mana pool when it resolves, and it's not a loyalty ability.
Also, the first judge that told you that the ability still resolves without a legal target was totally wrong.
No and No.
When copying a creature, you only copy what is printed on the actual card, as modified by other copy effects. (Which means that if you Phantasmal Image[/CARD] a creature, then Clone the Image, the Clone will be an illusion and have the "When ~ becomes the target..." ability

So the Shaman does not have a mana ability, as it's ability targets
There is only one battlefield, and a creature changing control does not leave then re-enter the battlefield.
So no, he would not trigger for the 2 damage.
I just think that when talking about positions of power which are dominated by men - such as mtg judges - it is important not to use language that suggests they could only be male. Words can carry meaning that goes beyond the intended meaning. And people who are in such positions should be particularly careful to be politically correct and not make anybody feel excluded from a game that is supposed to be fun for everybody.
Except nobody who doesn't have problems would ever be offended by using the gender neutral male pronoun of "he".
Being PC is fine, but this is a bit overboard.

They enter all at the same time because Legion's Initiative says they all return
simultaneously, and the rules say that a creature entering the battlefield will "see" another creature entering the battlefield at the same time as it and trigger accordingly. Since there are 6 Allies, and the cleric is triggering 6 times, he'll gain 36 life.
The God Card's devotion checking ability is a continuous effect generated from the card's own ability, so if you have a devotion of 4 and cast a God Card, it'll enter tapped under a Blind Obedience
The way it reads, If you cast a card for it's Bestow cost it is not a Creature on the stack, it's an Aura. So if you are casting an Aura spell and the target is destroyed in response, the Aura spell will fizzle for lack of a target and go to the graveyard.
There is no reason why a Bestowed card would work differently, so in this scenario the Bestowed card will just fizzle.
If you crippling blight it, it goes from being a 4/4 indestructible with 3 damage marked on it to a 3/3 indestructible with 3 damage marked on it.
So no, it won't be destroyed

Since it left and then came back, it's a new object and is no longer monstrous.
2.) Yep. Abilities exist independent of their sources, so killing the Liege does nothing to stop the ability that is already on the stack.
