Anyway, onto the fun story... Today, I have heard about both man's malice and man's heroism. A few shop regulars were walking to the food court when they happened upon a pregnant woman and her boyfriend. The woman was being molested by 3 hoodlums, and when the boyfriend took notice, two of the hoodlums rushed him. The 3 hoodlums were about to beat on the guy and apparently the third hoodlum had begun beating on the woman, when my regulars stepped in and pulled the three off the couple. The 3 hoodlums then took off running. All the while when this happened everyone else in the busy mall either ignored it, pulled their phones out to record it or otherwise stood there gawking. I'm relieved that my regulars were unhurt, but at the same time angry that 3 hoodlums had the gall to start something in a busy mall.
@Eternal masters: I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. Lots of good reprint rares. I think it's about 50/50 so far with good rares to bad rares, 50/50 shot at getting at least the value of your pack isn't bad, plus there are a good uncommon slot reprints in so far too.

Not wholly impressed with Worldgorger Dragon being printed at mythic... I guess there had to be ***** mythics... Now that I see Sneak Attack, I'm waiting for a Show and Tell too.... And a Liliana of the Veil, Snapcaster, Stoneforge, Batterskull, Goblin Guide and Linvala...

The lack of eternal masters spoilers is a bit disappointing,... I'm going to a swap meet called Frank and Sons tomorrow... I hope to find goodies... The large and stuffed and pikachu kind of goodies...
The announcement of goodies this month has been pretty good tho. A new planeswalker intro style product... 4 color commander decks and Nissa vs Ob Nixilis Duel Deck...
@Belgariad: I really liked David Eddings books. If you haven't finished the Belgariad, its good. Also, try the Elenium and Tamuli if you haven't read those yet. Elenium comes first.
@Craft Off: Maybe I'll see if I can get an artist to draw me something at GP LA...
@May the Fourth: I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing that I hang out with my customers after work. TGIFs was having a May the Fourth Star Wars celebration and my store donated some prizes for their raffle. What I didn't know was that they were going to have a Wookie Roar contest and that one of my customers signed up EVERYONE at the table... Winner would be determined by audience applause... Since they are a rather loud bunch and I went last, everyone was shouting for my wookie roar... Go figure... I am now the proud owner of a bunch of alcohol swag (bottle opener, shot glass, couple shirts for alcohol and a bottle of margarita mix)... And I don't drink... Perhaps we'll have a party at someone's place one of these days?
