I would take the corrupt if I saw it as a 5th pick, that means you can put 1 person (if that) playing black to your right and they either took the doom blade or do not want to go "all in" enough to take a corrupt (over maybe an assassinate)
We can assume that people to your right took in some form:
Black common (doom blade, assassinate) <-- If corrupt is the only black in the pack
Blue common (forsee, cloud elemental) <-- Where I draft these do not make it too far
Pacifism
Blue uncommon (Mind control, Sleep) <-- Maybe not sleep, but definatly MC
Fireball
Rare <-- Most rares are just plain good, of course this set has 5 leylines
With all that being said, I do not think it would be uncommon for a corrupt to make it to you as a 5th pick.
The problem being that if you have been passing good black, the guy to your left might be going into it so pack 2 might be a little dry for you.
