No need for 2 black. Bringing him back isn't reliant on having a land drop. You can also keep him as a chump blocker and then sac / bring him back during opponents end of turn. Plus you're not running any fetchs either.
Other cards to consider are Jinxed Idol and Tuktuk The Explorer
Quote from KorlithielTukTuk the Explorer seems like a great card to combo with Jinxed Idol, and supposing you run a board wipe (if red/black most likely Consume the Meek) you can generally bank on still having a creature afterward.
Quote from LiquidsinI assume he meant for either Perilous Myr or Mimic Vat. Also, what exactly are the Glint Hawk and Kor Skyfisher for? I admit that they do a nice 2 to the dome but what artifact are you bouncing to play them? Don't say Necrogen Cener as you'd have 6 cards that might be viable on turn 5.
Jinxed Idol seems like a stupid possibility though it might have surprising results. Kindly pass it to your opponent and watch as they either take 2 damage or sacrifice a creature.
Livewire Lash is another interesting card that you could try and abuse. I've seen it mostly in infect decks though that doesn't mean you can't try and make use of it.
Vampire Nighthawk is still extremely deadly as it can take down virtually everything, gains life, and flies over for an evasive two damage.
Quote from ThewzThat's what I was thinking right now.
I like your idea, pretty original.
Necrogen Censer seems to be made for Bloodchief Ascension, haha.
Some questions, though.
Kor Skyfisher for boucing Necrogen Censer back and early beatdown?
I think a build using R is more probable of dealing 2 dmg. a turn if you do not have a Necrogen Censer in play.
