This deck is already going to evolve. I want to drop the Llanowar Wastes for 4 Overgrown Tomb, but I'm not wanting to spend so much on this deck since it is only casual, so it might not happen. An oxymoron, however, is that I am wanting a playset of Twilight Mire. The reason I don't have a problem with it, is that lands have a hard time dropping in value, and it mana ramps, giving that extra 1 mana can really help.
The Exhume will be traded for Victimize, and Overrun with Creakwood Liege will be traded for 3 Garruk Wildspeaker, and Phyrexian Rager will be traded to Vampire Nighthawk.
That leaves me with 2 slots open. They might become more spells that I already have in the deck, or they might become land. I haven't had trouble with mana, so far. I stress "so far," because this deck morphed from the last time I played it, and I dropped 4 spells of mana ramp so I don't know how it will do the next time I play it.
As for my sideboard choices, Grasp will become Doom Blade, Blightwidow will become Plummet.
With everything being said and done, the deck will look like:
Hopefully this will work for me. I don't think I've figured out it's power curve yet. Win-con is getting a sword attached to Glissa, Thrun, or dropping the two wurms on turn 3, or Overrun via Garruk.

My comment about twlight mire and mana accelerating was wrong. Still, another dual isn't bad, and I stand by my comment about it not losing value easily.

How about Gatekeeper of Malakir being kicked and then when that is announced, I Unsummon/Boomerang Silent Arbiter, would that save him?
If opposing player Lightning Bolts my Zuran Enchanter, can I unsummon him to save him?
If Wolfbriar Elemental was summoned and kicked, do the wolf tokens still get distributed? I would figure not because it was cancelled.

I have a fascination with the Glen Elendra liege! Should I even bother with her in this deck? She'd be able to pump up the creatures Oona creates. Kinda like a dual win con; I either beat you to death or I mill you to death, lol. It would be able to put me on somewhat of an offensive?
The undercurrent and dream salvage are there to try and compliment Oona and her creature making abilities. I'm wanting her as my win con.

I'm replacing propaganda with Silent Silent Arbiter. Probably going to take out Everflowing Chalice with Extraplanar Lens.
I have a question about Kira, Great Glass Spinner, if I were to add it to this deck, would the lieges not be able to pump up my creatures? Meaning if I had Phantom Warrior out and Kira out, then put Thistledown Liege down, would Phantom Warrior and Kira still stay at the same power and toughness they came out with until I put down another Thistledown?
Propoganda will slow them down and Crawlspace will help me survive againts multiple creature attacks if the aggressive deck gets creatures out. However, I am thinking about taking them both out, and add Stuffy Doll and Silent Arbiter in their place.
The Lord of Atlantis and Coralhelm Commander are awesome suggestions. I could eliminate a few of the lieges for them and merfolk. Use Reef Shaman with Atlantis' ability and I could really create havoc. That maybe my rebuild choice if this standing deck doesn't do anything.
Could you guys name off more artifacts that give multiple mana, colorless or not? Preferably ones that don't do damage to me? I want to use the colorless mana to keep my island mana free for the counterspells and creature summons. Maybe I should just eliminate that idea altogether? Add one more Halimar Depth or island and two more of a creature? What suggested creature now that you know my strategy?
This is my first blue deck that I've built with somewhat of a focus. The only problem I see is it needs a bit of time to build up, something that's bad against decks that build quickly and ferociously. And I see the problem is with mana, is there something in blue that's like green's Elves?. Maybe you guys can help me out.

After purchasing my needed cards, I discovered a card I must have; I discovered Kira, Great Glass-Spinner, but at $10 a pop, I'll wait until I test this deck out. If Propaganda and Jace don't do what I need them to do, Kira will be replacing them.
I found another card, but I want to know if anyone else has experience with it: Leyline of Anticipation. I don't know what cards to eliminate if I do get Leyline and I would need at least 2, because it's use would only be good for an opening hand.
