If you want to improve green aggro, you're not going to want to cut 2 power 1 drops at any size, Pouncing Jaguar included.
Most of the green "ramp" decks I see on the MODO cube are involving Show-And-Tell-esque cards like Eureka, Channel, and Natural Order to cheat fatties into play.
I like all strategies mentioned - what I"m calling bear on are semi-value cards like Cultivate and Reach as mentioned above.
We could have a more low-key ranking this year and do a top 20 "favorite" cube cards rather than a power-level ranking one. It would tone the whole discussion down, eliminate people feeling intimidated by submitting "out of the box" lists and we may find that some of our favorite cube cards might not be the most powerful ones. Just an idea. It would also allow us to include some cards that are super powerful in specific decks that may not be P1P1 choices but could still ultimately be among the best cards in the cube.
Top 10 might be better to separate it from the best-of list and also to encourage more selective choices.
I really like the name, I just hope (as others have mentioned) they don't go through a whole "Experiment Two" "Experiment Three" etc cycle.
It'd be fine to have a random "Experiment Four" without two or three, might provide some interesting theories if two and three died out or if they're laying dormant somewhere, who knows?
On paper, I'd say it's probably the best there is. Dryad Militant is its only competition, and I think this card is better.
It can get to be a 3/3 pretty easily for one mana invested. It's going to be a 2/2 on turn 2 a large amount of the time. I'm sure there will be times when it hits 4/4 or 5/5 as well.
It also holds value later on in the game. It's huge.
I wouldn't play this in a cube size less than 720. The only way I would play it in a 720+ card list is if I were heavily supporting monoblack as a strategy.
Primeval's evaluation really depends on how many utility lands you run (and how early you take them). Getting Shelldock Isle with the guy is pretty insane, and he fixes you if you're a ramp deck splashing a few removal spells.
Since we added Primeval at 720 we've been pretty impressed. There's also a serious lack of quality in the green six drop section, so that helps too.

And Wolfbitten Captive is awesome.

I like it, just hope it's not overplayed.

I think we have this discussion every time a green or blue aggro card is spoiled.
I don't have my 720 list handy (it has more mana elves and whatnot) but my old 360 list ran the following 1 and 2 drops:
//1CC
//2CC
There's also Skinshifter and Mayor of Avabruck off the top of my head.
Fixed.
The blue 0/1 flyer is also very good, but most cubes don't take advantage of blue tempo/aggro yet.

It's a restricted-in-type-1 card with a B attached to the casting cost. And you get a "fixed aura" attached to it.
It's not really for cube, but definitely not bad.
Cipher seems like a very sweet guild mechanic, as others have mentioned.
Scars of Mirrodin and original Mirrodin combined would also be really fun (unless you're absolutely against doing the double block thing).
I might still cube with that. I'd definitely cube with the 1/1 though.
