Erosion of Intellect2UU
Instant (U)
Target player puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, where X is the number of spells cast this turn.
ok, you guys can be mad at me but I did the whole "do judgings in the quick reply box, then refresh the page" bit.
Rather than redo it, I'll just say that a lot of you had fundamental issues with your cards, most of the rest had cards that I just think are bad, and Rudyard's made me laugh, so he wins.
text editors and copy/paste are your friends
Too lazy to look for someone's last IIW. So I'll just toss out some random design...
The Best Laid Plans3WUU
Sorcery (M)
Replay the turn. (The game state is reset to exactly as it was at the beginning of the current turn. This includes life totals, spells cast, permanents that entered or left the battlefield, mana pools, and the tapped/untapped state of permanents on the battlefield.)
It's a rules nightmare, and have no idea how it would be templated, but I love the idea of rewinding and doing it all over again. So, there ya go.
Fight Club
Legendary Tribal Land - Barbarian (R)
Fight Club enters the battlefield tapped and does not untap during your untap step.
Pay 2 life: Untap Fight Club. t: Add R to your mana pool. Activate this ability only once per turn. t: Target creature you control gets +2/+0 until end of turn. Then, it fights target creature an opponent controls. No prizes to be won, only renown. No fee to be paid, only blood.
Bonus: Riddle of Time3UU
Legendary Tribal Enchantment - Sphinx Aura Riddle (M)
Enchant player
Enchanted player skips his or her untap step.
Whenever enchanted player controls both an instant spell and a sorcery spell on the stack at the same time, sacrifice Riddle of Time.
Harvey Dent2WB
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor (R)
Whenever a creature you control would die, exile it, then return it to the battlefield under your control and put an arbitration counter on Harvey Dent.
Whenever there are five or more arbitration counters on Harvey Dent, transform it. A little jail time is better than the alternative.
2/2
//// Two-Face WR Legendary Creature - Human Beserker
Whenever a creature you control would die, flip a coin. If you win, destroy target creature instead. If you lose, remove an arbitration counter from Two-Face.
Whenever there are no arbitration counters on Two-Face, exile it.
4/4
Note that the WR on the type line of Two-Face are not mana, they're meant to be the color dots.
Manataint
Enchantment (R)
Whenever a land with more than one basic land type becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to its controller. "Llanowar wastes the bayou. So much more could be gained from these lands." - Eladamri, Autumn Lord
It basically turns all Duals and Shocklands into Painlands, while leaving other less good dual color lands and basics unharmed.
Taint?!? REALLY?!? <insert Family Guy appropriate comment>
Natural Rebellion3GG
Enchantment (R)
Whenever you have 20 or more mana in your mana pool, destroy all permanents.
Sacrifice a creature: Basic lands produce one more mana of any type they could produce until end of turn. The ecosystem can only support so much before it architects its own rebirth.
^^ Love for the Pooh! More love for Eye-ore (sp?) as the ultimate S&M master of the Pooh! (or Poo... depends on your bent) I'm tired. Ignore this. Going to bed shortly.
Judgement forthcoming. *sigh* Stupid 16 hour days... Bear with me, I'll get this done before bed.
So I was considering continuing the random vein of the challenge and just assigning random judgement scores (mainly because I'm friggin exhausted, and teaching time comes at half past dark in the morning)… But I'll provide some feedback, just don't expect much right now. (As an aside, NinjaCaterpie should be excluded for a while for 1. dissing his multiple wins, and 2. dissing his judging duties…. just saying). Moving on…
Task: mono color artifact with some new rarity that does something with exile.
Card: Black Shiny-only Artifact….
This has great combo potential, but for something that only appears once in what (36? packs, how often do foil rares appear?)… I would expect more. Exempting that bit, I like it. Black has a *bit* of exiling stuff, although I might have considered making this white, with a black equip cost, to encourage the 2-color deck that it wants (or vice versa). B
You're amazing, awesome, unique, creative, good-enough, smart-enough… and seriously, people like you. Unfortunately, you're judging. DQ
Task: Rare mono color land with old keyword.
SO.TIRED. *sigh* Giant man-land w/landwalk is crazy. Give it island home too for balance (and ****s'n'giggles). Alternatively, give it some way to turn lands into islands, but this might make it more crazy. Me like the concept though. B+
Task: Useless token instant
This has more uses than you can imagine. Although, playing it would probably get you DQ'd in a tournament for delaying the game. Change "your library" to target player's library for additional shenanigans. B
Task: CMC > 5 useless creature token
Not entirely useless, as it can still attack, provided it lasts until your next turn. Love the super-underpoweredness of it though. B+
Task: CMC>5 common sorcery that wins the game
For a common that can win the game (indirectly perhaps) I would have expected some sort of harsh drawback. Make the cycling a HUGE penalty and you'd be golden. Also, this doesn't directly win the game, so there's that. B-
Task: mono color common artifact that wins the game
This by itself, doesn't directly win the game (or maybe it does, just very slowly? That's what… perhaps a 5 turn clock?). I love upkeep effects so bonus there. Bish
Task: Hybrid uncommon create that does stuff with your DECK (keep it in your pants, this isn't an UN-game)
This seems actually balanced and thoughtful. Obvious abilities are obvious, but it's a great combo. I could see the "when ~ attacks, reveal the top card of your library templated as an ability word. +1 A-
Task: A useless hybrid token creature
This is friggin hilarious. If you can't cheat it onto the battlefield it just goes away. Love it. Perfect. Aish and then some
Task: CMC<5 token sorcery with a new keyword
Very nice. I love the Spell Trample, although I'm sure there's a better word for it… Overload or something. And of course, we have to have a way to get the tokens into play… although, tokens can't exist in your hand, I would have the Piercing Storm simply put the token sorcery onto the stack, choosing targets as you do. A-
Is this an entry? I'm too tired to discern.Cish?
Task: Rare hybrid artifact that wins the game
I loathe some Phyrexian mana… but I won't hold it against you. If you are searching for stuff, you can find up to X of the stuff you are searching for, meaning you could find your whole deck (or the # of doom counters on this… bear with me, I'm processing as I'm typing)… that's … nifty. It's a super sort, that lets you stack your deck. Could win. Could suck (if you suck as well, I suppose… again not an UN-game so keep it in *their* pants). Slow, but could be effective. Feeling generous. Less than an A but more than a B, no plusses or minuses being valid.
Task: CMC<5 common sorcery FTW win
Wow. This is the kind of drawback I would expect to see on a common that could win the game. Johnnies of the world rejoice!! I would *so* break this, all day long. If I played red. Red is for newbs. Aish, we'll see how I feel when I'm done.
Task: mono color instant w/a new rarity that loves it some exile stuff
What's the new rarity? Boo hiss!… Oh, I see, it's like relentless rats… Gotcha! But that's indicated by the super type of Basic…. and there's no actual rarity given as to how often this is encountered in packs… Boo hiss redux! Other than that, fairly interesting… but C+ for not fulfilling the challenge.
Contests are open until judgement is given Boo hiss... Oh well I won't have time to judge something else this week anyways.
Bear Lord (be aware this is an UN-card)
Scruff, Lord of the Bears2GG
Creature - Human Bear (U)
When ~ enters the battlefield, all players must remove their shirts.
Bears you control get +2/+2 for each male player that has a hairy chest.
Bears you control get +2/+2 for each male player that has a waist size over 38.
4/7
If you don't get it... I'll provide this for reference. Warning, may not be safe for work (although it *is* wiki), and may not be safe for most to read (based upon personal beliefs, outlooks, etc...). Although these forums tend to be pretty open-minded. Just saying.
I really don't expect to, but if some strange cosmic alignment occurs, then design a card based upon a szyzygy... Again, reference this.

It's an Ooze planeswalker! The first ability is meant to redistribute any number of counter currently on creatures you control. Not sure about the exact wording of this.
