    the deck seems like it could work in multiplayer. you may want to work on the mana a bit, add in U/G pain land if you have them.

    You might like Moment's Peace more than Tangle, since it has flashback. Im also not convinced that power conduit is that great, but it at least makes the ferropede bigger. The only other card you might try to add is Solemn Simulacrum.

    thats WAY too much equipment. i would cut the heartseekers and mantles for some Isumaru and Savannah Lions. also maybe one of each sword for some steelshapers gift so you can get the quipment you need at the right time. but that is less important suggesstion.

    9th edition is going to be worthless. the whole point of the core set is keeping the cool cards like BoP and Wrath in standard. if they take out Wrath, then there really will be no point in picking up 9th edition...ever. they need to put more exciting cards in the core set, if not to attract people with more cards to buy packs but to allow better old cards to be used.

    Spiritcraft could be a viable block deck, but i think affinity is just too much of a monster for them to compete.

    Also, is Quash worth putting into any new type 2 builds? there seem to be a lot of potentially good targets for it (CE, Tooth, Shoal, etc). It is at least reasonable to include in the board, since it is a 4 mana counter...or is it?

    Im new at the forums. Im mostly a limited player, since constructed is so hard and expensive to keep current with the good cards. I haven't made the switch over to Modo though since i still don't like the idea of not actually having the cards in hand. it seems like im spending more money and getting nothing in return.
