So I noticed that there are two monarch cards legal in pauper because they are common in the treasure chest.
This raises some question
1. Is there a list of other cards that got downgraded?
2. If these cards ever stop appearing in the chests, will they no longer become pauper legal?
3. When does Wizards rotate cards in and out of the chests?
They already do print a couple of extra cards in those that are standard legal because they're in the intropacks/planeswalker dual decks but aren't featured in any of the boosters.
They could expand on those to include more non-set cards to get them standard legal if they want.
What are some examples of that? I don't recall any cards being in standard in the past few years that didn't come from a booster type set
Have permission from two mods to make this thread, since enemy fastlands is a big enough deal to warrent it's own discussion thread.
How do these cards affect existing/nonexisting decks in modern? I like what it does in UR delver since you will no longer get the double sulfur falls 5 spells hand. Also I guess the green black one is a pretty big deal for the G/B/x decks.
I just need something to prevent me from decking myself. I'm playing a control deck. I guess I could use curse of the bloody tome to make sure my opponent gets deck first, but the thing I like about elixir is that it can gain me life, and has more utility than just a mere win condition.

Serious Answer: Inquisition of Kozilek, Timely reinforcements, overun

Get some think twices or acculamated knowledges as well
Gravepurge is bad
Thoughtscour is better than brainstorm in this deck
Scourge devil might also
I think UB and UR control is going to try him but I think seagate will be better in the long run.
I think Augur shines best as a 1 or 2 of in a Kiln fiend or U/x delver deck. As a chump blocker that can dig into key peices / gas
aeolipile
good in the mirror, elves, green aggro, goblins and WW
I assume it's impossible to grind pauper now to accumulate tickets/pp?

Galvanic Juggernaut is just a fantasy fancy catapult type thing.
Thank you for bringing up Power armor though, but I'm sure that could just be a fancy armor suit.
Brain in a bottle looks like it would require a computer being somewhere in that room.
