Yeah, it took forever for a lot of the people I play with to 'realize' that letting a Ux deck draw 15 was bad and needed to be dealt with, they will catch up to the ramp issue...eventually.
Every time it comes up I have to say "see, this is why counterspells (and decent threat assessment) are important for the game"
Sydri is incredibly versatile and a great "workhorse" general for an Esper list.
Oloro is a decent 1v1 general if only for the lifegain to win close races.
Jeleva is a lot like Kaalia in that she seems to have the potential to be completely busted but is pretty uninspiring in the precon.
Nekusar is awesome.
Derevi is more powerful than (I) anticipated.
The black and blue tempt cards are terrible. Order of Succession is pretty good in the right situation, and in 1v1 can often be a sorcery-flavored Control Magic.
EDIT: Oh, and not that I'm surprised but out of the box all five decks' "curves" are heinously heavy. Like, no plays for four turns bad.
Nope, but there's got to be a first time for everything, and we're getting to the point where cards from the PW era are fair game for a judge foil printing.
What I really want them to stop doing is cards that already have promo versions. One batch earlier this year was Vindicate and STP, both of which already had promo versions. Their first goal should be a nod to the primary market for judge foils, which is people who, ya know, foil their decks out, and that nod should be to get the remaining important cards that have never been foiled out in foil (well, at least the ones that aren't RL). This means FOW, Mana Drain, Imperial Seal, Rolling Earthquake, Ravages of War, etc.
I think Fow will probably get it's foil printing in Legacy Masters, but the others should be fair game. I'm worried that they won't do Imperial Seal because it will tank the price tag, but they really shouldn't care about. Non RL cards that maintain ridiculous price tags only because of scarcity should not be protected. They should be buyer beware.
You know Vintage Masters or w/e it's called is online-only, right?
Don't understand why everyone hates the art...
Jace looks very much like his character at this point, a tired scholar and politician sick of everyone's garbage, and Vraska looks appropriately menacing and spooky.
Just one, the Jenara deck in my sig.
A few months ago, I took apart my other two decks to focus on strengthening/pimping one, and it's really paid off with increased power.
I also built my friend's first EDH (or any) deck, Yeva.

Eh. She clotheslined me one time then I learned to sandbag counters and removal and they sat there with E-Titans in their hand all game. Next.

Haven't opened Naya or Jund yet, though...

Guardians, however, I've only been happy to run once in a UB deck where Ashiok was my only win condition :3
Prosperity with the best art and a Tamiyo quote? Awesome!
Also intrigued by Grixis, so looking at Jeleva/Nekusar.
I will, though, pick up the Bant deck if possible, since it's got that amazing Control Magic art and a Basalt Monolith.
With Jund, I'm sure there will be at least one devour card to take advantage of the tokens from Prosh.
extra combat steps seem amazing with Medomai (and Ruhan).
Seize the Day, World at War, Aurelia the Warleader,
and Relentless Assault could be pretty powerful.
