While genini is correct if you could do this, this is not a legal play. Restoration angel's ability says "target non-angel creature", and platinum angel is an angel.
In the case of blightseel the collusus would shuffle into the library as soon as it was milled, then the trigger would go on, and the opponent would choose a non blightseel card, because the blightseel would already have been shuffled back in.
Here is the comprehensive rule on extra turns, which shows that you can take more than one extra turn.
"500.7. Some effects can give a player extra turns. They do this by adding the turns directly after the specified turn. If a player is given multiple extra turns, the extra turns are added one at a time. If multiple players are given extra turns, the extra turns are added one at a time, in APNAP order (see rule 101.4). The most recently created turn will be taken first."

Also, in the case of implement of combustion, even if it became a creature, summoning sickness does not stop you from using its ability. Summoning sickness only stops attacking and abilities that have a T symbol. Other abilities of creatures can still be activated on the first turn. For example, you can sacrifice a creature to Viscera Seer the turn you play it, because the ability doesn't have anything to do with tapping.
yes, you can respond to Liliana's +1 ability, to give the creature hexproof with ranger's guile for example, because it is still an activated ability so it goes on the stack.
You cannot however respond to the +1 part, the counter will be put on the Liliana before you can cast lightning bolt, because that part (adding and removing counters) is the cost of the ability, and players can't respond to paying costs.
The combo does not work because you have to choose targets of aura shards when the triggered ability is put on the stack. In this case right after sun titan enters the battlefield. Since at that point the sun titan ability hasn't resolved yet, the Journey is in the yard, not the battlefield so can't be targeted by the aura shards. This is where your combo breaks down.
Also spells can't be redirected to planeswalkers, non combat damage can. So you can't redirect a mind rot to a planeswalker, but you can redirect damage from prodigal pyromancer's ability to a planeswalker.
Some other things:
Just to be clear planeswalkers aren't creatures and can't be targeting by things that say target creature.
You can't use a - ability of a planeswalker unless you have at least that many counters on it. (you can't activate the -8 ability unless you have 8 counters on chandra).
If a player deals noncombat damage to a player that has a planeswalker then they may redirect that damage to the walker. (e.g. I cast lightning bolt targeting you, and if you have chandra I can instead of dealing damage to you deal 3 damage to chandra).
You can only have one planeswalker of each subtype on the battlefield at a time, if you have 2 you choose one to get rid of. (e.g. You can't have 2 chandra nalaar's on the battlefield and you can't have chandra nalaar and chandra, pyrogenius on the battlefield at the same time since they each say planeswalker-chandra).
You take the damage, not your opponent, because the controller of an activated ability is the person who activated it. Comprehensive rules reference:
"602.2a The player announces that he or she is activating the ability. If an activated ability is being activated from a hidden zone, the card that has that ability is revealed. That ability is created on the stack as an object that’s not a card. It becomes the topmost object on the stack. It has the text of the ability that created it, and no other characteristics. Its controller is the player who activated the ability. The ability remains on the stack until it’s countered, it resolves, or an effect moves it elsewhere."

Guided passage could be printed today, but it is less likely to see print today. This does seem to fit with the crazy red cards they sometimes print, but they only do one or two per block, so it would take time for them to print something like guided passage. If you are asking for a reprint it probably won't happen, because three color blocks are rare, and three color rares are even more scarce, so the chance they use that slot for a reprint is low, especially a weird card like guided passage. I think that nowadays it would still be rare, it doesn't seem that powerful because of the opponent choice thing, at least not powerful enough to be a mythic, but it is complex enough that they wouldn't want it at uncommon.
