The Dragon seems... okay with Blessings of Nature? Your opponent attacks you and you take it, then miracle Blessings and swing for 8 on turn 2-3 (2 with a Shockland)? I just don't know.

Slumbering Dragon is so... weird. And DtN reprint is bleh.

This guy is absolutely nuts with Deadeye Navigator.

But I guess, who isn't?

Also, with the name Thragtusk, I was assuming this would be a legendary creature. It sounds pretty legendary to me.

The drains and forces have made their way around the net, but I still love them. And flusterstorms. Japanese ones seem rarer than foil ones, nowadays.

I'm almost confused as to what I'm looking at. Are all of the ones that look like the text box is handwritten Japanese real or fake? You said the Library was fake and the Power looks a little off, but what about the Forces and Mana Drains? Are the entire cards proxies or did you basically have yawg07 transcribe the text?

This guy seems more like a 'finisher' for standard delver decks to me. You don't have to dedicate yourself to milling in order to make him viable. By turn 4-5, a general tempo deck will have that many cards in the yard anyway, especially if they're running Thought Scour. Snapcaster Mage already likes the graveyard, so it's not like it's even going to take that much of a configuration change to make this guy work. Is he broken? Not really. Is he versatile? Kinda, he's a Flying Man that can rather inevitably turn into a more healthy beatstick. Maybe it will make that stupid Pike worth something again, too.

1WW for Ajani 3.0 and 2BB for Liliana 3.0? Sign me up. Talrand makes Drake tokens.

With maximum of 330 copies from premium Helvaults four copies will be 1 % of the whole population. The last Avacyn is in the mail along with 3 Grizelbrands, leaving me needing only three more copies of the multicolored angels.

I was at first aiming for 1 % of the Angel/Demon foils, but getting 22 of them proved a bit challenging due to the cost, so I switched tracks to the oversized cards. If the tokens ever drop below 10 € again, I might consider getting the remaining 17 copies. I will aim for at least 9 though.

My, what large hands you've got! That's pretty sexy though. How much were the oversized foils?

If they reprint Rafiq of the Many, I will not hesitate to play Bant. Not even for a second.

So I was joking with a friend that we should trade, since he's been a player for a long time but only recently started trading semi-regularly. He surprisingly obliged and handed me his binder and in it, I found this:



I was really happy to trade for it and he was glad to get rid of it. Picked it up for about $175 in trade.

I'm still 5-6 foils away from completing my Thrax deck, but when I do, I can't wait to be able to post it here.

I'm thinking this is could be a white enchantment that has Exalted and produces tokens when a condition is met... something like either:

Great, now I have to pay $20 for a Student of Sakashima. I would just wait to trade someone for theirs, but a) almost nobody is going to buy this and b) those that do buy the Ninja one probably just want the Student as well. At least the one with Maelstrom Wanderer has something else you could never get before in them - non-foil FNM-art BBEs. Incredibly lackluster product overall. WTT Ink-Eyes, PST.

Well, since I hadn't been needing early white mana much at all with only 2 DoJ, it's been much better to have the Sunpetals. But if I switch to more DoJs, then I might drop 2 Sunpetal for 2 Razorverge. When I initially drew up the deck, I had 3 Razorverge and I almost always had lands coming into play tapped on turn 4 which was awful. Then I realized I didn't actually need white mana until I had 7 mana total and swapped them to Sunpetals and it worked out much smoother overall. That is literally the only thing stopping me from going to a more DoJ-oriented sweeper suite.

I find it really odd that no one in this thread has been discussing Gisela. She is absolutely amazing and nigh-impossible for R/G Wolf Run to beat. I'm expecting a Wolf Run and R/G Aggro meta, but hopefully I've got enough to slow down Humans as well. I'm hoping that the sheer existence of Cavern of Souls continues to keep control decks to a minimum, as it has been doing, but I may also drop the Stronghold and a basic for 2 Caverns. I don't really understand how people are proposing fitting Glimmerposts in a tri-color deck and expecting any kind of consistency when over a third of your lands don't tap for colors.

The only thing I'm unsure of is my sweeper count. I tested with (DoJ/Slag/Whip): 0/3/3, 2/4/0, and 2/2/2 and 2/2/2 feels the best. Thoughts?
