I know my local store is getting 8 boxes. Not selling any whole boxes to anyone. Five or six (not sure till I get into the store to make arrangements) are being reserved for drafts, with the rest being sold at MSRP, with a max per customer per week to insure everyone gets a fair shot.
I wouldn't be surprised if this first wave is smallish, then the GP, then they distribute the remainder of the production run as a second wave
Meh. Cheap knock off slivers are cheap knock offs. These are imitation slivers. I don't give two ***** about modern design. If it doesn't effect all slivers, then it isn't a real sliver.
I used to read every article, but with the current author, I skim the deck list and that's about it. I miss the indepth on developing the deck, and the multi-week runs on a single deck, improving and changing it with each installment.
I can get random deck of the week XXX plenty of places, and this series doesn't seem better than any of the others anymore.
Worst thing I've ever done was at a tournament about a few weeks ago. Two colors, 25 lands, and 8 mana dorks in a deck, and I get stuck on three lands in four out of five games, getting doubles in the wrong color all four times. Hurled my deck across the room, apologized to my opponent for losing my temper, and stepped out for some air and kicking of inanimate non-expensive objects.
Are the bottom things pins, sticking through them? Was this photographed upside down, with them hanging off pivots so that they would be apart at an angle, and the cards basically discarded after that (hence the attention to detail). Or are they chips, this someones floor, and they were put there to cover up imperfections on the counterfeits?
Actually, the things on the bottom could be part of the sleeves. A few of my friends have sleeves with a little shiny dot like that on them.
Is it? I don't tend to watch tournament deck lists too often. I've been working on the list at my local FNMs for the past month or so, and I'm aiming a bit higher next weekend. I guess I'll go dig around and see what I can turn over then. Thanks.

But I do love the flavor of shooting webs to lock down creatures, and other spiders beind able to help.
