A- You *just* got reamed by several of us for fishing and trying to draw more info than was necessary.
B- Maybe someone else could/would have counter-claimed him before knowing the rest of his role name.
C- No you shouldn't say "we" unless you're authorized to speak for someone else.
D- *IF* you're a townie, all you're doing is telling people that perhaps your role is different from Roja's. This is entirely possible considering that CC flat out told us that mass claims will NOT break his game.
@iLord- WTF? Do you have a mouse in your pocket? Since when do you speak for all of us???? There was absolutely NO reason to push for a full claim until the rest of us got to see what Roja was claiming so far. Honestly, that earns this
I don't know if these would be considered solutions or not, but one option is merely to bring in "ringers" from outside the normal player pool. One thing "uberjerks" can't stand is getting their ***** handed to them by someone they don't know. That's when you get to listen to the sweet sound of "this noob just beat me with a pile of jank."
Another alternative (albeit an unsanctioned one) is to run crap deck tournies. The store I used to play in ran these once a month. Tier 1 and 1.5 decks were banned. You could play cards that were in the tier 1 decks, but they had to be different enough in win condition or mechanics to not be tier 1.
Lets not bring up God Mafia. I wish I still had the set up for that... I would *love* to run it to completion.
On a game related note, I was surprised to find out that iLord's role PM told him he would be mod confirmed. Its just an odd thing for a mod to do. Especially if it is so easily found. I guess if CC wanted to confirm WoD and leave it to him to expose, he could have made it an ability where WoD could tell the mod to confirm him at any given time.
@Suth- that's my point. I don't see that there *is* a good way to confirm someone in a hidden way that they can come out with later. I'm not comfortable just slapping a "confirmed" label on anyone at this point. Mod's don't give the town information for the heck of it. Those two items taken together got me spit balling ideas of other ways/roles that someone could/would confirm people anonymously.
By undercover cop, I meant a cop role that is allowed to pass its info to the town anonymously. Now this would make that cop ridiculously strong being that he/she wouldn't have to come forward to give their info. With it having to be hidden in some way, it decreases the power of the role, but not enough. At the same time, I'm more inclined to believe in that role than to just have someone be mod confirmed but in such a way that its not confirm-able. For instance- if the mod wanted us to know someone was confirmed, he'd just write it out. Why bother hiding it? Especially when hidden claims are more likely to be found by scum, not townies.
I missed it too, but that's no surprise. I suck at finding hidden claims. If I *had* noticed it however, I would have said nothing and waited to see what he did. I will say that my thought process has been more along the lines of - If the mod were going to go to the trouble of confirming one of us, why hide the confirmation in such a way that the scum are more likely to find it (being that they have the advantage of communication and organization)? I'm almost thinking we have an undercover cop role out there.
@Roja- actually I changed my mind about descoures and based on that change of mind, decided to ask people why they are *currently* voting him. Or did you miss all the defense he's posted between most people voting him and now?
WoD- voting DC based on the PBPA on Wuffles II
RafaelK - voting DC due to several times been insincere with what he says (so his defences look good in isolation, but less so if you compare them or actually check the posts he refers to) and trying to distract from his wagon.
Bat- voting DC for distracting from his wagon by attacking other players falsely

unvote, vote iLord
I wish we had 2 lynches. I'm personally good with a lynch of either Roja or Cunning Fox at this point.
* draygn_mage mourns the loss of his scumdar which melted to slag while reading CF's posts.
vote Cunning Fox

Did you seriously follow up fishing with a desire to restrict discussion?? I think my scumdar just exploded.
LOL, while we're at it, I'd like to discuss the possibility of a "near-sighted gynecologist" role. Anyone want to claim that? No? Darn.

@Alx- How is asking for reasoning picky? I gave my reason for initially voting him. "My gut, inspired by..." etc.
Just so I can keep track, we've heard from *** so far of the voters.
