I can really see Equipment in 9th because it not any hard to understand then Enchant Creature. If I'm not wrong, Thoses 2 act and follow the same general rules just Like Sorcerys and Instants. I would guess stuff like Bonesplitter,Ronin Warclub andWorldslayer would be reprinted.
Double Strike would be in 9th but in the Starter decks or Pre-Cons. And they can only reprint Ridgetop Raptor and maybe Skyhunter Skirmisher cause everything else has a set's menchic on it.
