KoolKoal wasn't dictating or anything. He was merely being pleasant about an unpleasant situation. But our general distaste for staff at this point has provoked reactions such as that.

Wait and see if anyone has anything to say. Given the inactivity of this thread, I am requesting a week.
We don't really appreciate staff coming in here to merely dictate things we can decide on our own. Please refrain from posting in here unless you have a legitimate reason to. In one week's time, depending on what the clan says, I will personally report the thread to be retired. Nothing against you personally, but this is a big reason we are inactive. Salute.

There are certain members of salvation outside of us and the Crafters that the "go **** themselves" comments were not directed to. Some folks outside the Crafters and us are all right. Cool even.They know who they are, and if they haven't found us on fb they know how to. If you are a new member of sally or you have never ventured in here to stir the pot, that comment was not directed at you either. It's directed to the people responsible for this and the site responsible for letting them.

I think that about wraps it up for [House Dimir].
With no posts in almost a month, it kind of seems pointless to continue this.
Who can blame us? Lots of folk might want to blame the shift in forums. But in actuality it has been the staff and other clans that deter us from posting anything. Be it folks that aren't active in clans becoming mods and trying to dictate how we can and cannot behave in our own thread. Be it countless occasions of [Dimir] getting unjustly shafted within contests. Be it the silly rules and regulations we must follow that essentially censor us in ways that should not be censored. Since we no longer take place in the contests for obvious reasons (no matter how good our entries are or how good they are compared to the other submissions, we continued to not achieve what our goal had been) this was basically a place for us to chat each other up. Facebook is much more convenient for us all to chat each other up though.
Some of you may be asking yourselves why Dimir is picked on. Why don't we get the things we justly deserve? For those questions, I have no concrete answers. MAybe it was because members of our clan proved a staff member was corrupt, then got told there was nothing that would be done about it, then when a different staff member got the same treatment the Dimir member was getting they from the corrupted staff member, they banned the corrupted staff member without so much as an apology to the Dimir member, and that member called them out on their bull*****. Maybe it's because an at-the-time admin told that Dimir member that there was nothing he was going to do about the corrupted staff member, and if that Dimir member truly felt threatened to contact authorities, just to be essentially punished for doing the same goddamn thing a mere few weeks later, and instead of just taking it like a punk, the dimir member called them on their bull*****. MAybe they are jealous of the bonds we have made because the bonds they have made are purely superficial bonds.
Maybe it's because certain clans and staff members are just ******* hateful ass haters and don't want to see underdogs prevail or let Dimir members have anything because WE CALL THEM OUT ON THEIR BULL*****. There have been countless times when members of dimir have been repremanded for calling staff and other members out on their corruption and general bafoonery.
I want everyone to know that our activity diminishing is the result of staff and other clans literally trying to hold back [House Dimir].
The Crafters is one hell of a clan. Aside from them, Sally can go **** themselves, frankly. I don't even want to contribute to the small amount of adversiement money they generate through me logging in.
As of right now, I am calling for a retirement of this clan on Sally. We will live on through other more convenient means of social interaction. If anyone wishes to keep this farce on Sally alive, please speak now. Otherwise, please find us on FB if you have not already. Just send me an add or if you don't know how to find me, PM me here and I'll find you based off info given.
It has been a long ride, but I'm sure most (if not all of you) would agree that continuing on Sally is a waste of time. While we may have met through Sally, Sally is not a part of us nor are we a part of Sally, and have not been for quite some time. Almost a year even.
We will always be [House Dimir]. Now. Then. And for forever.
