might i suggest viridian joiner, with gilder bairn it goes for infinite mana/ counters. that plus triskelion is game. Or has this combo been discussed before?
big thing about eldrazi is yeah you can grab them but their trigger still happens, shuffling their gy in and all.....ive had success with ravenous trap with trapmakers snare, gets archive if you need and can grab the whole yard for free if need be so nothing shuffles (also lets you run mindbreak trap in the SB for storm
so i have Endless Whispers in play, then cast Feral Hydra with x as 0; given no outside factors do the mandatory triggers just keep happening thus stalling out the game? In tournament setting what would happen?
I think its a big meta call, if theres not a lot of storm then youre golden, and even with storm hate just use the same tools they do, echoing truth does wonders against these
Snapcaster having flash doesn't mean anything if you are using during your turn to flashback Glimpse or Mind Funeral. There are few targets to effectively use his flash ability with this deck.
You guy's are also missing that you can Twincast your opponent's spells. This alone has won me games. Hey, you want to storm combo me? I will just copy that Grapeshot right back at you, and mine resolves first.
Both snap and twincast are great in the deck, right now i run a 4-2 snap twin split, ive tried both of them out but snap is just a way better top deck than twincast since it doesnt require me to have a hand when drawn. Also twincasting grapeshot is a terrible idea, storm doesnt trigger off of copying spells. The only super relevant spells to twincast from an opponent are path and maybe counter spells (cryptic is nice).
Also how is visions of beyond not a 4 of in everyones deck, did i miss a memo or something?
What happens from here, is every creature i play an O-ring? or does it cause opales to be an o-ring, making them cease to be creatures (inf ref slides off etc)?
If I block with a creature and my opponent gains control of it before damage (through say, Vedalken Shackles), assuming that the creature satisfies the shackles requirement, is my creature still blocking?
