Just to make sure, do you have to target two creatures? Was wondering if you could get away with simply +1/+1'ing a creature and omitting the -1/-1 part.
Do you think loss from ebay and paypal fees from selling now and buying back later might stunt any sizeable profit? For those saying that it'll drop further, how much further would it drop?
Since Gideon is getting reprinted, should I get rid of them? How much of a price drop will it see? Asking because I still have 2 maindecked (still running U/W control) and one sitting in the binder.
Would any of you guys suggest getting rid of them? I have 3 currently. Was thinking of selling them now (ebay) and getting them back some time in the future if the price does go down (ebay).
Asking because I enjoy playing with them, and was thinking of building a Legacy deck.
I'm not sure what waiting a few weeks is going to do for you. If anything the Sword of War and Peace will be good and it will only cause SFM to go up in the near future.
The reason why I'm having to wait a week or two is because I don't have the money at the moment; I need to sell some cards online, then ship em out (a little more complicated since I've been stuck here on campus :(). And that's assuming that I get the listings up and sold as soon as possible.
I have a little cash in person and would much rather buy/trade for them in person, but no one at my local has any for trade. You have a point about the new sword. Makes me queasy thinking that they'll only get pricier (and then by summer there's gonna be a storm of people trying to get rid of everything, which means competing sellers...god...such a pain to try and break even).
Just wondering, when you guys up your land count to 26, do you simply up the whole deck count to 61? I've seen numerous people do it, so I was wondering if that's the convention now.
Hold up. Say I'm the one with the Tumble Magnet, I should be waiting for something like, "Entering combat phase. Would you like to do something right before?" Now would be the best time to tumble, yes?
I'm not sure if I see eye-to-eye with Mortarpod. How exactly do you use that well? I've been rolling it over in my mind for a while now, but I can't see it being all that great. I mean, I guess you could block then shoot off a token for 1, but is that all it's for (with or without Bladehold in the deck? asking because I've seen it mentioned in straight-up Caw-Blade w/o tokens).
Lol man, I remember picking a playset up for about $.75 each back some time in October. Unfortunately I got rid of 2 of mine and had to get one of them back for a rather hefty charge.
So, out of curiousity, not to thread hi-jack here, how much value do you think ill be able to get out of x3 JTMS after the summer? Do you guys still think ill be able to get $200-$210 after the summer is over?
Well, by after summer you mean after July, well, Idk...depends on New Phyrexia I think. I'd probably get rid of him before then, but it depends on New Phyrexia and its effect in standard. If the affect is huge, then Jace might drop in play, otherwise Jace will stay where he is. That's what I think anyway.
You can get them for anywhere between $20-30 (usually $30). They might go up over time though.

Might go up a little depending on how the new Sword fares in the new meta. Imo, I think it'll go up a little more.
Ah, I see. I can see that being pretty useful. Would you ever shoot off/want to shoot off anything other than a token though?
